Absolutely wrong color from the beginning

I bought this (7ur) colour dye today and colored my hair. The basic was very light. I add the picture from yesterday. My hair was bleached and coloured in orange colour 5 weeks ago. And what now? Now I am brown with a bit ginger hintTotally dissapointed.

Comes out black not universal brown

Has come out near on black not brown at all hoping will fade after a couple of citrus head and shoulders shampoo washes

Great color

Finally found the perfect ginger hairdye! I've tried them all and it always seems to go red unlike the pictures. I'm brunette originally and it's pretty good on roots too! Only losing a star as unlike other dyes (from the same brand) it really seemed to have dried my hair significantly. I believe its because it asked to apply on dry hair, which is unusual.

Not colour true

The colour even on natural hair looks very different from the colour on the box, more brown tones rather than red tones, didn’t do much at all very disappointing

The only level 6 I've used that lifts!!

My hair was a dyed brown level 6. Bought this expecting it to be dark, all level 6 dyes go very dark brown on me. My hair is now a dark blonde and so incredibly even!! Lighter than on the box, golden tones and so pretty. Highly recommend!!!

Turned my hair yellowy...

My hair wasn't far off the colour already on the front so I thought I'd use this and it's like it's been lightened to a yellow... My roots were dark blonde and a very neutral shade so dunno how it's pulled a load of warmth to make like a warm yellow, had to dye straight over it with an Ash but it's still glowy round the roots...so no basically I don't recommend lol

promises...promises...

so many promises on the box; it is gonna look natural, it covers gray hair, it can be applied to brown hair...and so on... Utter nonsense! First of all, the colour does not hold on brown hair, unlike what it states on the box...at top, it might cover dark blonde.I have to bleach and dye my hair. This dye does not even change the shade of my bleached hair roots. Unbelievable! As if that is not total waste of time and money, it also does not cover gray hair... what does it actually do? NOTHING!!! yet it is so expensive! Such a shame because it is the exact shade of red I want to have... I tried 8-10 boxed so far (two boxes per bleached roots & whole hair dye) but I have finally given up. Do no buy it unless you want to waste your time and money...
