I recently purchased The Sentry and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The quality is exceptional, especially considering its price point. It looks exactly or better than how it is portrayed on the website, which is a rare find in online purchases. The price is completely justified by the product's build and appearance. Overall, I highly recommend this watch to anyone in search of a stylish timepiece that doesn't break the bank.

Super easy to adjust the band yourself (with tools) also setting time and date was super simple and straight forward instructions were on the watch itself. I got this piece to accentuate an outfit I did with light tan and red to add a touch of gold and it looked perfect with the outfit and I can already see other possibilities. I also dropped it by accident when I first took it out of the box but it didnt seem to do any visible or mechanical damage. I will surely by more pieces from Nixon in the near future.

My husband loves this watch! Amazing quality and great look. The original size of the wrist band was slightly smaller than I anticipated for him, but we were provided extra links with the order which made that an easy fix. The engraving on the back was perfect. Will definitely buy more in the future!

Overall I like this watch. I'm not the biggest guy (5'7", average weight), so this feels a little big on me, but I also like having a little heft in my watch now and then. It doesn't look like a little boy wearing his dad's watch or anything. My only "complaint" is that I wish this color was available in the solar edition because the bronze watch hands are a little difficult to see on the black background. I do not regret my purchase!
Wow!! Beautiful watch! I got the customized silver one with the blue face for my husband and he loves it! He received a lot of compliments. This is our 7th Nixon watch and we continue to buy one or two every year especially as a Christmas present. Thank you, Nixon for your amazing customer service through message if we have any questions and concerns. Worth every penny for its wonderful craft and classy style.
Very difficult to set the date and detailed instructions to do so or troubleshoot were not included with the watch. There is a sticker on the back that tells you to turn it but it wouldn’t turn and change the date. For the price, I expected ease. My date is still inaccurate and at this point I’m guessing it’s just broken. Wish this feature wasn’t added to the watch if they weren’t able to perfect it.
This watch looks very nice, I can't deny that. The face and date window all look very slick, and the indigo/gold color combo updates the classic navy/gold look you see in a lot of older luxury watches. The problem I have is that this watch feels flimsy and cheap. I have an older Capital model from about 2009, the watch has a thinner case and a bezel that lays flatter, yet somehow that watch feels twice as heavy. I feel like for a thicker case, it feels less sturdy and heavy which i like in a watch. The band is definitely made of a lower weight stainless steel which isnt the end of the world but the clasp looks and feels delicate at best and fake jewelery-esque at worst. Watch looks great , so I made the mistake of having it engraved with my name. The bracelet is way too small for the average man. I called and asked for additional links and was told I had to pay for them. I've have multiple purchases with them also. The sizing on this is definitely for a woman . With it being engraved, it's not returnable. A very dissatisfied and loyal customer.
This is a handsome gold watch in which I’ve received many compliments over the years. My watch collection was recently stolen by the air duct cleaners that came to our home. This is the first watch I repurchased. I also bought one for each of my sons as birthday gifts.

I think you can kind of see that in the photos a bit, or at least a representation of that, looks better in person. Finally- the minute and hour hands- I WISH were darker, they are a chrome color which isn’t enough contrast to the watch and so in darker lighting makes it hard to see the hands.Overall- IF you have a better description of the watch as a vintage (bc it does emit vintage vibes) bronze watch- I don’t think you’ll be disappointed at all. This is my third Nixon and I’ve really dug them all, this included- just set your expectations right.
