I wanted basic unflavored, unsweetened, gelatin. This works great, add it to fruit juice to make jiggly fruit cups. My kids love it. I just add a spoonful to a cup of fruit juice, let the gelatin absorb the liquid, heat it up just enough to make the liquid warm (no need to boil it) to get all the gelatin to fully dissolve, stir well, then put in the fridge several hours until set. Yum!
Love this product. So much better--and cheaper--than Knox. I love the fact that the animals were free range too. And it works so well, you actually use less than Knox.
It's a good product. Cheaper than buying collagen. My husband swears by it to help with his joints!
I bought it a month ago and am not pleased with this gelatin.I thought all gelatin was the same but this one won't mix up like others do.This gelatin clumps to the point that I have to pick it out of the cup and throw it away.
very quick delivery; made gelatin and it came out really coagulated - not as jiggly as Jell-O, but same texture. Very light beefy smell, but it quickly went away. I heard that gelatin may help with improving hair and nails, and maybe they're right -- at least my nails seem thicker and not bend so easily.
