Bought this product a couple of weeks ago with the intention of cleaning tiles and corners in the showers and corners on tiled floors - it just didn't work for me. The sponge seems to be too hard and there is no way to squeeze it to release any water. It actually doesn't get into the corners and, overall, not worth the money in my view. An ordinary flat mop would be better and easier to use. Really disappointed as Lakeland products are usually top notch!

For once, the product is as good as advised. I wish though, that it had other heads to interchange i.e softer ones for cleaning wall tiles etc. I put a cloth over the head and it sticks to the original head. It works. No grumbles though about it's 'meant for' use. Interchangeable heads would be perfect and I would not mind a bit having to pay the extra.

An inexpensive and convenient solution to keeping tiled shower areas free from the build-up of soap residue. The extendable handle and shaped pad ensures all hard-to-reach areas can be accessed. Reduces the need for harsh cleaning products. There is a stiff brush attachment if needed (I can't think of a use for it but might be handy for something). Lost one star as JL doesn't seem to stock replacement heads (least not in Milton Keynes), but readily available elsewhere

Bought this product in May 2021. Within four months the inner telescopic tube has rusted and the red adjustment ring has seized up completely and will not move, despite valiant efforts with rust treatment oil and vice. A series of rusty rings have appeared on the inner tube from where it has been adjusted at different times. When I used it yesterday, a large amount of rusty water poured out into the bath I was cleaning. It seems that when you hold it upright to reach up to clean tiles etc. there is nothing to stop water running back between the two telescopic tubes. Poor design feature.
I no longer have to step in the shower to clean it & it reaches the top which I've never been able to do! It's very good for people with reduced mobility and back problems because you no longer need to get down on the floor. The actual brush itself is bristle enough to get in between the tiles. A brilliant buy.
I opened the handle to a useable length and quite happily cleaned my shower with it. Once the sponge had dried I tried to twist the handle to get it to go back to it's normal length, but it is totally stuck. Looking at reviews I see this seems to be a common fault. Have not returned it but will store it some place else between uses.

I purchased the OXO scrub brush first, and beside the fact that I couldn't get it to lock, I also did not like how the head kept flipping with every forward motion. I needed to turn it closer to 20, but voila! it worked! It doesn't click into place, you can't feel a catch, or even threads at work. It feels like nothing at all, but suddenly I noticed that when trying to collapse it, it was resisting a bit, so I kept turning, and ended up with a perfectly extended, non-collapsible, pole. I won't both collapsing it anymore -- am only going to be using it in an extended position after all, so I'm done with that.I then went and cleaned my tub to see if it would flip, or shed orange bits into my white tub as another reviewer had mentioned. I had no flipping, or orange bits. I did the walls, the corners of the tub's top edge, and while the curved insides of the tub took a bit of maneuvering, it wasn't a problem for me.So my tub is clean, my back and hands are happy, and my husband doesn't have to hear me grunt and curse and complain once a week.
It comes in handy when scrubbing the tub, so bending over isn't necessary. After the first use, the handle got stuck in the extended position. After a few tries, it finally listened, and there is a ring of rust around the handle where it was tightened. After the second use, the handle got stuck in the extended position, again, and I haven't been able to retract it. I can only assume it's rusted, again. I also wish it were possible to lock the head into place.
I was pleased, at first with this product, but the cleaning pad looks like it’s too prone to wear and tear. However, that’s not the major issue. This pole gets stuck in one position, eventually, AND it rusts like crazy. It collects rusty water, and then drips it everywhere. Each time you think you’ve emptied the rusty water, it starts anew. I finally got fed up, and threw it out, two months ago.
I thought getting this will make cleaning easier but it did not, I had to work harder.The main problem is BBB customer service. I got the product week or more later after it was supposed to arrive. They were truly unconcerned. Trying to chat with customer service was awful. I chatted with 3 different people about this product although the second one really tried to help. It was not about the product it was about the principle. It was a lousy scrubber that altogether was not important for them to make an effort. The product sucking did not help the overall experience.
