I am normally a huge fan of Samsung appliances, most of our household appliances are Samsung, I even had one of the infamous spontaneously combusting washing machines and was so impressed with the replacement and easy process that I’d still recommend that washer!But I wouldn’t with this fridge, it’s horrible. Whilst it looks great, it freezes up under the veg crisper that every week I have to defrost it, I literally pull of massive plates of ice and soak up so much water, I don’t know where it actually comes from.The fan inside the fridge also freezes up, every couple months we have to turn it off and defrost that as well.Our water dispenser often doesn’t turn off when you pull the cup away, resulting in water all over my floor, so we don’t use it anymore.We ... We have had nothing but trouble with this fridge. We purchased our first one about four years ago. Stopped working after 2 years. Thankfully we had product care extended warranty. They replaced it. Two years later the new one stopped working with the same issue. Repairer said they couldn't get any parts from Samsung so product care refunded fridge and we now have a Westinghouse on advice from the repairer. Avoid this fridge unless you think fridges should only last 2 years

Attractive, spacious, functional for the first couple of years then water started pooling in the bottom and in the salad draws - a lot of water. We've had it repaired 3 times and each time have been told it's fixed now it won't happen again. However, after after a few months the problem comes back. It ruins food stored in the trays. I don't think a 4 year lifespan for a fridge of this cost is good enough. Over it now.

I brought this product 8 years ago, been the best one I've had. as no trouble, whatsoever, gone well without any problems. would highly recommend it to anyone. but like all products you can get your good ones and you can get duds, no products are all perfect, you just have to hope that one your buying is a good one, no matter what band it is, Hope this helps
Pros: Water dispenser holds a great amount for a family. We fill it easily once a day. I love the freezer drawers which are roomy. The double doors and easy to open and quick for getting in and out. Like the look of this product too.Cons: I would have loved more room for your taller drinks behind the doors. Although the shelves are deep, a 2L milk and a 1L bottle of apple juice is all that fits in one compartment.
We bought this fridge 18 months ago after looking at several models. Staff at JB HIFI recommended it as well. For the past 4 months the left crisper drawer keeps filling with water and there's an ice layer underneath both drawers. I've had to put towels in the drawer, but food is ruined and we're sick of it. I see many others have the same issues, with little to no solution. Paid a lot of money and expect far better quality from Samsung.
Great for a couple of years but then the fridge started filling with water, now so bad that it runs down into the freezer causing massive ice buildup on the freezer door, which stops it sealing. We’re having to defrost weekly which is just a nightmare.
We have had issues since the warranty ran out with this fridge despite Samsung being “most trusted brand” this has been a nightmare from the start. Purchased in May 2018 and confirmed that the control board is broken and needs to be replaced. We have spent over $600 in repairs not to mention the thrown away food when the fridge has broken. The water dispenser leaks and we have never been able to use it. Very disappointing and costly. Would not recommend!
Hi Absolutely love this fridge. it is large and the freezer space is good. The cold water without needing to be plumbed is a great function and I love the ice cube tray. My only criticism is that the left hand door struggles to be opened or closed without the right-hand door being open. Other than that I am very happy! The team at Appliances Online matched a price for me, held the stock until I had moved in to my new house, and the delivery guys were amazing (even with the tight squeeze to get the fridge in the front door)! Thanks Guys :)
Bought this fridge 26/01/19, stored and installed in new kitchen 10/07/19. Great fridge until water deposited in drawers and bottom of fridge at the beginning of July 2022. Tried all things but to no avail. Eventually serviced and drain in back panel , blocked with ice. New panel and service costs not covered by Samsung.
