We are still in the process of renovating therefor we have not used this appliance as of yet. However, (as vain as it sounds) it has an aesthetically pleasing look over our kitchen counter along with the toaster. Despite some of the bad reviews we have seen I am hoping that is not the case for us.

Boils quickly to your chosen temperature. Expensive but worth it if you drink different types of hot drinks.
Can't fault it! Looks lovely, I love the chimes it makes when it's boiled and the temperature settings are so useful for my household of coffee, tea, herbal and green tea drinkers.
Good Points: Excellent quality Kettle. Functions are paefect for everyday use. Definitely worth every penny of the additional cost over the mid range £50-£70 kettles we usually buy.Improvement Points: All good
I like it , very useful kettle cause it can drink any time and any temperature, good handle . Lovely colour
Excellent, no issue since I bought it, no doubt about its quality, looks smart.
