THE BEST FORM OF CURCUMIN! This is the only turmeric supplement I will buy, recommended through my naturopathic dr. I buy the biggest bottle and take two a day for inflammation in my gut. This stuff is the best quality. I know this as my armpits start smelling like turmeric after taking them 😂 everyone should be on a small does for maintenance but if you ever feel pain (headaches/ PMS) you can take them in stead of panadol…! It’s truly amazing

Just 2 weeks after taking Meriva 500-SF twice daily (morning & evening) I have noticeable joint improvement, less body aches and pain, reduced inflammation, more flexibility and therefore have felt much benefit. As a peri-menopausal women aged in my early 50s who was feeling a lot older due to feeling stiff and sore, I am grateful to have discovered Thorne supplements which seem to be working for me. Delivery was good, package arrived safely/undamaged, capsule has no taste that I detect and I believe quality ingredients make for the effectiveness I have felt. Reading other's reviews before purchasing helped me to decide on the purchase of Thorne products. Feeling like my younger self again!

I’ve been taking this supplement for almost a year which my chiropractor originally told me about to help with inflammation. Well as an unintended consequence, this stuff has been THE BEST at treating my psoriasis. It is heaven sent for sure! Now peeps, there is another form of this supplement (Meriva without the 500) that worked to help with 50/60% of my psoriasis, but this formula is much better. Specifically, I take 3 pills per day and I kid you not, have had 90-95% improvement. But you must take it daily! Don’t skip or your patches will reappear!!

I've taken other supplements over the years and always thought- well they might not do much but they can't hurt. I have arthritis in my hands, and my left ankle is very stiff and sore most of the day- the doctor isn't sure why. My brother recommended this supplement, and after taking it for over a week I can notice the difference. My ankle is much less sore and I have a lot more mobility. And my hands are not as stiff. Love this stuff!
I’ve been using Meriva for a few years. Initially I purchased this because my Integrated Physician suggested it would help with inflammation and an extruded disc at C5. It helped do quickly that I decided to continue it as part of my daily routine. I use 4 Thorne Meriva capsules immediately with a 250ml glass of water if in pain. If that hasn’t helped enough an hour later I will repeat. This has always helped with pain, even severe pain but you do need to take more than listed on the bottle. I’d rather take this than Ibuprofen or Tylenol because those 2 medications help with pain but while doing so deplete Glutathione (your master antioxidant) so you end up with another problem!
I used to use turmeric in my morning drink concoction for its anti-inflammatory benefit until I learned most of the turmeric (even organic) coming from India had lead added to it to enhance the color. I did the little test to see if mine had it in it and...sure enough it did. This product was recommended to me by Viome company that does "gut" testing and I've started using it for its anti-inflammatory properties. It has made a difference in pain in my knees and seems to be helping my thumb joints as well. Easy to swallow and not filled with a lot of fillers like other supplements can be.

They work to relieve joint pain caused by inflammation. How do I know this? I stopped using them for a few months and noticed the pain returned, then I started using them again and the pain stopped. Much cheaper and no side effects compared to pharma meds. Highly recommend when most illnesses start out as inflammation.
