Really like this creatine. I've had others that were very sour and difficult to drink, but not this one! Has no flavor so I am able to mix it with protien shakes or even juice. I also didn't experience any stomach upset that other people are reporting so it's just a case by case situation.Results from using this creatine are very noticeable within a week for me. My muscles feel more firm have more explosiveness in my sets. And also from my experience I feel less sore the day after a good work out. I recommend anybody try it out for themselves.

The capsules are small and easy to swallow (especially given the dosage; MUCH more convenient than having to take multiple pills per day). I don't really have a sense of whether they're effective and of course I can't actually know what their quality is since I don't have a home chemistry lab.Even though it's quite an investment to buy a bottle of these, I prefer buying two months' worth in one go, rather than having to order more frequently.The automated prompting guidelines wants me to mention "ingredient". I can only assume that the capsules contain what it says on the tin. This product is a game changer ! There are few researches that found folinic acid helpful for autism although when there is no MTHFR genetic mutation. I can't find folinc acid so MTHF5 which is the next stage of folinic acid is a good replacement. It helps my kids to be more focused and calm. It works like a magic , almost immediately, in a few days i can see the improvement. You should take it always with B12 !!!!! Otherwise you can have lack of B12 very quickly.
I got this because I've heard good things about it helping with mood and fatigue. It's supposed to help with heart, gut, and brain health too! I was going to take it and then my husband and I decided to start trying to conceive, which meant I started taking a prenatal vitamin with folic acid in it. I don't want to overdo it on the Vitamin B, so I haven't started taking this yet. But, I plan to once I'm no longer taking the prenatal vitamins.
