After being in a moldy house I got depleted in B2 and I was suffering with fatigue, blurred vision, sores on my tongue and around my mouth and itchy dermatitis that would crack and wake me up! It’s known that B2 helps with detoxification, energy production, methylation, oily skin, skin health, eye health, dandruff and acne (white heads)! My dermatitis has improved, energy much better and seen my dandruff go! My daughter has seen huge improvements in her acne, dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis has gone! After sunbathing this past summer to get my Vit D my B2 status really suffered as sunlight depletes vitamin B2 and protects our skin from the sun! I will be continuing to buy this for sure!
My son takes these as his holistic practitioner found that he was unable to process Riboflavin (B2) and no matter what he would eat or if even I supplemented with vit B, he would still have all the symptoms of a Riboflavin deficiency, which would just get worse and worse over time.My practitioner suggested FADH2, but once that became hard to obtain (where I lived) she said I could give him R-5-P (Riboflavin-5-Phosphate) too.
