Superb quality, easy to set up. Slightly heavier than I thought it would be but nevertheless very simple to setup on a A-class 2008 model. I loaded it with three semi-heavy bikes, without any issues. Loading is simple enough although I had to play with the orientation of bikes due to different sizes (mens, womens, kids). Best feature is that when you eventually arrive and unload the bikes, you can rotate the horizontal bars downwards so in the car park the whole thing doesn't stick out as much.

Well made and I'm sure would be excellent. I returned this item though as my vehicle lights and number plate were obscured and I couldn't get around this. A wiring kit and a lighting board made the cost prohibitive.

Great product, prompt dispatch but the delivery partners (StarTrack) driver tried to not deliver it at the doorstep because it was a bulky and heavy item. Said they tried to call on my door intercom and no answer, when I was standing by all the time the supposedly tried to deliver.I have raised a complaint but it’s not been addressed satisfactorily. Will seriously reconsider buying from Pushys if they will continue to use StarTrack.

Very good condition, would definitely recommend it. Perfect fit for my car Hyundai i30. Good quality piece of equipment.
I bought this a few months ago and one of the cable grips failed while carrying 3 carbon fibre bikes causing the rack to fall down on one side.I returned it 3 weeks ago to Cycle Republic where I collected it originally and apparently Thule are still asking for information 10 days after the last communication) when they gave them all originally asked on the warranty form (e.g. make and model of car!). No info as to when it will be fixed.Halfords apparently will not replace it.I will never buy a bike rack from Halfords again particularly a Thule
Should have done this years ago! I've been a using cheap carrier for years. Bikes swayed, attachments had to be checked at each stop, could not open the rear hatch with rack attached and bikes and car scratched unless very carfully padded and tied. Even one snapped webbing strap! Finally invested the cash for this top end product. It's easy to use, very robust and beautifully designed. It solves all the problems we've encountered and I can now drive with peace of mind and with our expensive bikes properly carried.
Halfords say this is compatible with a Skoda Octavia but the Thule documentation in the box and on the Thule website do not.I cannot therefore comment on the product but can say that the Halfords customer service has been great and I returned the product without issue.I only rate this poorly in order to emphasise that the Halfords supported vehicles data is out of date.
I was expecting simplicity and ease of use for this unit.It’s very solid and heavy, that’s good BUT my wife / child can’t use it. Due to this.Suggest best for boots, not hatchbacks.
After years of pain dealing with flimsy and poor quality bike carriers we decided to invest in the Thule Bike Carrier. Although higher priced than other bike carriers, you get what you pay for. Bikes are easy to get on the rack, you can still open the boot with the bike carrier on and it is completely solid and stable. Thrilled with this purchase and it makes traveling with bikes a pleasure (rather than a complete pain!)
Fantastic product. Very versatile and quick to assemble for a variety of vehicles. I do have one minor negative point, if leaving the carrier on your vehicle, the weight of it can cause the boot door to slam shut. Care needs to be taken when closing the boot.
