The first delivered unit had a very noisy compressor. The replacement unit still has a knocking sound in the compressor when it stops. The compressor is the weak link, everything else in this unit works exceptionally well.

We bought this over a month ago and we are really happy with it. The only problem is we need to buy more wine to fill it up. We have always wanted a Vintec wine fridge and have not been disappointed, the reds keep at a good temperature and the whites you could nearly drink it straight from the wine fridge without the need to give it that extra chill in the normal fridge. I love the shelves and the finish with the stainless steel look also love the interior lights that you can choose to have on or off. This wine fridge has been worth the wait. No issues yet, other than running out of wine, and hopefully there will not be.

I purchased this cabinet recently as a retirement gift to myself. I’ve had small Vintec cabinets before but this one is on another level. Very happy with the quality and performance so far. Only fault is that I can’t keep it full.
I purchased my fridge about 6 months ago. I did have an issue after 2.5 months where the fridge would no longer cool. VinTec arranged for a technician to come to site, where it appears that the motherboard on the device failed and could no longer run the condenser. This was fixed a few weeks later. Besides that, the fridge has worked fine.
Poor model. I have 3. Problems with all. High humidity. Wine labels being damaged. Replaced mother board on one, control panel on the other two. They are unable to maintain temperature if room temp over 27C.
Bought a new Vintec, expensive but seems to be doing the job after a month, it arrived damaged, panel was smashed in, the locking mechanism was totally loose and the small plastic end caps on the shelves mostly fell off, not sure what adhesive is being usedcame to repair quickly, now waiting for another six weeks to get fixed, understand CoVid is an issue but not great when you spend $8kHopefully it lasts longer than my last wine fridge

Configurable level of lighting (when door is closed and when opened). Combined with the OENO app for tracking all your wine with a simple scan.
Couldn't be happier with this cabinet, I also have a smaller version but this is gold class. Beautiful design, so easy to use and looks a million dollars. When paired with the OENO app, allows me to manage my collection perfectly. I'm using as cellaring option but has the capability with dual zone to serve if needed. Highly recommend if you are looking
