This product received GREAT reviews in several articles and I thought I would try it out. Bought the small bag to start and mixed it with what they are currently eating so as not to upset their digestive system. Ruppert Loved it, but he will eat just about anything. Meanwhile Gemma doesn't like it. I hate throwing out food. But at least Ruppert will eat it.

My dog is part Westie and part miniature Schnauzer. He has allergic reactions to chicken turkey and other fowl. His poop was loose, foul smelling, and often uncontrollable diarrhea.I paid $350 to the vet, a couple of years ago, to see what he’s allergic to.. it came back as chicken, barley and a couple of other grains. It is really hard to find things that don’t contain chicken, Turkey, duck, etc. Grains is easier these days....He now has perfectly formed poop, no diarrhea, and a beautiful coat of hair. And he isn’t chewing and licking himself.For my dog, this is a great product.Wish I could send you a picture...

Wellness Core is really good quality and is pretty much the one food that doesn't upset my dogs tummy. I did a lot of reading before choosing this food. Other foods give him diarrhoea but this one is really good - perfect poos! and he seems much healthier and happier on it. His coat is healthy and his weight stays stable. I have bought this before from other petstores but pet post had the best price. Quick delivery as well.

My cocker spaniel loves this dry dog food. I adopted him about 8 months ago and tried at least 5 different brands of top rated dog food. Finally I tried the wellness core lamb and that did it. He now runs to his dog bowl twice a day. Plus wellness core also got rave reviews as a top rated healthy dog food. So now we are both happy!
My puppy was having trouble with her other grain free puppy food but once she switched over to this, her tummy problems went away. I really appreciate all the ingredients in this specific food, and the brand Wellness! I'm a very organic person and like the best for my dog without giving her human food, so Wellness was the perfect option. I will not feed my pup anything remotely poor quality, like with corn or wheat and a bunch of tacky ingredients like Purina and Pedigree. Wellness has the high quality ingredients I want for my aussie, without any of the problematic ingredients that so many other brands have!
My 3yo toy cavoodle is a very fussy eater. I changed him over from Hills after i saw there wasn't much protein in them. With Core, the first 12 ingredients listed are real protein list. At least I know I'm paying for real food and not chemicals.
My German Shepherd puppy was pretty picky and I could not find a food that she would eat. She would take a few bites and leave the rest in the bowl. This was the first food she ate up. It's good quality. Compare the ingredients and nutritional facts to other high quality foods. I believe it compares or is even superior. My last dog lived on Wellness and my cats love their canned food. It's a great brand, and if you sign up to receive their emails, they send you coupons every few months.
My dog is a picky eater but he loves all the different flavors that Wellness has.He even loves the low fat Wellness. You add some of the Wellness bowl booster in the food and he wants more
Learned long ago to avoid Corn, wheat and soy and then learned about Grain Free 10 years ago. One of our dogs has major food sensitivities and our new puppy will hopefully eat the same adult grain free food the other two are on. I chose Wellness because all the top ingredients are healthy protein sources and other good ingredients and the nutritional information met what the vet and breeder said to look for. Highly recommend! this perfect puppy food. I don't know if she NEEDS a Grain Free Puppy food or if the Wellness line with healthy grains would have been fine for her but puppy loves it and is healthy.!
I started feeding my two dogs this and the ocean flavour about 3 months ago. 1 of my dogs is allergic to life and is also prone to putting on weight. This food has improved her health so much. Helping maintain a healthy weight and her coat is so shiny. No skin or gut flare ups either. Her teeth as also so clean which I think the unique shaped bikkies help!! I will never buy another food for my guys!!
