Beautiful and unusual, but absolutely not mine. Although the fragrance is absolutely not mine, it was interesting for me to try it. Fragrance of 1971, floral chypre. The fragrance pyramid includes the following notes: Top notes: aldehydes, chamomile, bergamot, coriander; Heart notes: carnation, tuberose, iris root, jasmine; Base notes: sandalwood, patchouli, musk, incense and vetiver. Personally, the fragrance seemed to me very spicy, fragrant and slightly giving off some kind of medicine. It is difficult for me to single out any special notes here, for me the aroma is just a spicy mixture. I think, it is more suitable for a mature woman and for the cold season.

This is by far the best body wash I have ever used. The scent is out of this world and lasts all day. They also do a body cream, deodorant and perfume with the same beautiful fragrance which I can only describe as heavenly. The scent lasts for a long time and people often compliment me on the fragrance. It lathers very well with a small amount and lasts quite a while as a little goes a long way. I would highly recommend this product! I only wish I had known about it years ago, well done Clinique!

Beautiful scented body lotion

My favorite scented lotion for over 30 years. I have sensitive skin and prone to hives and rashes. This is the only scented lotion that doesn’t trigger or irritate my issue. I get compliments all the time even from strangers. But one thing whoever is interested in this scent should know is that this scent doesn’t smell same on everyone because of the body chemical differences. My mother in law tried on her but it didn’t smell the same as on me. Get some samples to try before buy it because it’s not an inexpensive body lotion.

Fragrance

I Have been wearing Aromatics Elixir for many years. When ordering my last purchase I was reading the reviews as to how the fragrance had changed. I ordered anyway, and the reviews were correct. I was and am so disappointed with this new fragrance. I use to get compliments all the time on how clean & wonderful I smelled and people would ask what I was wearing. This new aroma is so different from the original. It is very mild, does not last at all, where as the older scent would last all day with a small amount applied. Please go back to the original scent and all the users of this product would be happy again. I will not order again unless the original fragrance is back. So disappointed.

Great scent

I have been using Aromatics since 1980. In this day and age we are still lucky to have this with supply issues and high prices- just like the reviewer wrote for the perfume! I put this on after my shower at night and what a soothing scent-so clean. There is nothing else like this aromatics.Sure maybe the scent has changed but who cares it is still clean and like I said there is nothing else around like this. I alternate between Happy body crème for summer and Aromatics for cooler weather, but I am using Aromatics in the warm weather,it is so pretty. Clinique please keep making Aromatics my all around favorite.

Hidden gem?!

Got a gift set, for the OG & travel mini lol, but the joke was on me. This was the standout. I kept wanting to sniff. Aromatics used to be headache inducing for me. So if this has changed it has become more friendly to headache, allergy, and migraine sufferers. ¿So maybe long time wearers are becoming more approachable due to the change? Anyways the rich, spicy resinous scent still comes across as clean and earthy. Still recognizably Aromatics just much friendlier. It melds to the individual, and can be further layered if lightly applied or used in this lotion form.It's lightly moisturizing, not slippery, yet still softens the skin. I am definitely enjoying this!

ITS THE ABSOLUTE BEST EVER GO & BUY IT!!!!!!

I absolutely love this smell and i layer it starting with the body wash, then the smoother, then a few squirts of the perfume and it last all day and all night and sticks into my clothes. I have been wearing this smell for a few years and i get stopped all the time and asked, “what are you wearing” “who smells good, is that you?” And that it compliments my chemistry well. If you are on the fence jump off and get it. It’s a Sophisticated mature smell. Like a business woman and it linger!!!!!!

My Signature fragrance

People tell me, in a nice way, that they can smell me coming. I have even been at a business luncheon many years ago when the waitress asked me what perfume I was wearing. I don't wear perfume, only the Clinic body smoother. The other occasion that stands out is when I was at the exhibition in Brisbane when a strange woman chased me and tapped me on the shoulder to ask me what perfume I was wearing. Again, I don't wear perfume only the Clinic body smoother. Young sensual skin but the aroma of experience.

I’m 64 and have been using this product since it was first released. I even use it as a hand moisturiser after working as a Nurse for 45 years. I receive so many compliments on my skin from younger people , yet it’s the only thing I use.As a base for Aromatics Elixir perfume I never fail to get the comment::You smell amazing! What IS it?As a Nurse who has worked in many situations I often hear:: I’m so glad you’re on duty, I could smell you.Beautiful product and has a sensuality beyond any other fragrance.
