Look I read some negative reviews about noise, but doesn't most vacuum's. I think this one is a great vacuum, worth the price, suction great. Infact found out if you have it in upright and don't hold on to the handle while pressing power on it will take off on its own. 😂 😂. But recommend to anyone, Bissell great brand. Also the attachments for pet hair excellent, even for brushing your clothes or fabrics are great, as my hair falls out so I get some to brush off my back with attachment. Thanks for a great product kogan/Bissell

We bought this vacuum as we have a King Charles that drops hair all over the house. Our other vacuum is a Volta Pet Vacuum designed to pick up dog hairs. First we vacuumed with the Volta and then the same area with the Bissell. We couldn't believe how much more hair this Bissell picked up. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone that has pets.

This vacuum cleaner really delivers so happy with my purchase. I could not believe the difference it made to my carpet. So much suction. Probably the only downside is the dust container is a little hard to empty. But it’s such a small thing compared to how brilliantly this machine works.

This is a really good quality vacuum cleaner especially if you have pets. It has lots of filters and excellent suction. One thing I would say, and the only thing that has prevented me giving it a five star rating, is there is no long attachment to enable one to get under furniture and into tight corners. I have to use an old attachment from another vacuum cleaner to enable me to do this but it doesn't fit very well. But overall an excellent purchase and top value for money.
I have a 11 year old ragdoll cat and this is the first vacuum that has ever picked up his fur from the carpets. They look like new again! It’s easy to use and it’s quick at picking everything up. Well worth the price. I highly recommend if you have long hair cats or dogs. I’m so pleased with this vacuum and it’s results.
I contacted Kogan regarding a fault with my vacuum cleaner after just 2 months of purchase, they failed to communicate with me and wouldn’t refund me. Had to call Bissell myself to get a replacement part (belt) for it as Kogan wouldn’t assist. Kogan ignored my emails after I explained that the brushes wouldn’t spin and that I smelt a burning smell. Thanks to Bissel I have the new part arriving in 5-7 days. Very disappointed in Kogan as I know a belt should last longer then a month.
We have three large ginger/white cats that leave long white hairs on the carpets. Our first run over after using our other machine (well known brand) filled the container with cat hairs, amazing-the cleaner almost pulled me along with it. So impressed I took a photo of the filled cylinder. Best cleaner we have ever bought, a gift at the price.
Pros: I have used Dyson for the last 14 years so I was incredibly apprehensive about this product. Due to financial restraints I had to find something else. I'm glad to say, at this stage I would not waste my money again on a Dyson. I even have a Dyson heater so I think you'll understand how bias I was. I love how this vacuum gets so much further under furniture, it much more effective at picking up everything on my rugs too. The Dyson never cleaned them as well as this. Cons: The positioning of the lead coming out from the bottom, if it came out from higher position it would be so much easier to use and I would have marked it higher. Also it does need emptying somewhat more often. If it starts throwing stuff out it requires emptying, this is a tad annoying but for ... MorePros: I have used Dyson for the last 14 years so I was incredibly apprehensive about this product. Was having trouble with pet hair, including hair clogging my Bissell carpet cleaner even when used immediately after vacuuming. The powerlifter removes virtually all the hair so that the carpet cleaner picks up almost no hair. A little heavy but a great product
Replaces an old Bissell. A good suction, don,t worry about the noise. No noise, no suction. Flimsy is the word though compared to the old machine and if it lasts 2-3 years it would be as much as you could expect. Probably the give away is where the thing is made. The only place on the box where the country of manufacture is given is on the bottom of the box. Where you can`t see it.
