It looks and feels like a Bosch tool. It is relatively lightweight and really manoeuvrable without a cord attached to it, but I reckon that, ultimately, it's not quite as powerful as its mains-powered equivalent.Also, even with a 4 Ah capacity battery fitted to the machine, I am not that impressed with the run time it gives you. I strongly recommend to get yourself at least 2 x 4 Ah batteries to ensure the job can be finished.All that said, I am happy with the purchase and look forward to doing the trimming of our hedges. But I will keep my old, corded trimmer for some of the tougher cutting work I may need to do, at least for now.

It's a beast. Probably overkill for what I need, but Bosch 18V tools are like Pokémon to me - gotta catch 'em all.

Great tool , leaves a good cut
Nice length of blade on this trimmer, well made if rather heavy, cuts really well. Only downside is the ease of accidental activation as there is no lock button on the trigger switch, otherwise great.

Fabulous product. Very powerful and smooth. Anti blocking mechanism stops any issue with the blades getting jammed. Can use existing 4.0ah or 5.0ah batteries (which you should have if you possess a Bosch professional drill for example), which give a very long running time.Only downsides are the price and the fact the machine is a little “trigger happy” - if you touch the two switches very lightly, the blades will start. Better than some of the irritating extra safety switch on other brands, but you must take care.Easily the best cordless trimmers I have used and a useful long 60cm blade.
Thought it looked a bit lightweight but it has worked well on conifers and variety of bushes.
