Do not buy this printer. I read the reviews which recommended it for photo prints as well as paper copies. It was a huge mistake. The set up for a Mac is shocking and I have only managed to get it to print from my iPad. In normal print mode the text is a bit scrappy. I have not managed to print a photo. I am totally unable to connect to either of my computers or my phone, so now need to transfer files via a usb stick or email them to myself.

Very happy with the service from TGG. Trying to work out how to scan a multi page document using ADF, and have to trawl through a 460 page manual, with no obvious heading to find this function. Ridiculous. Whatever happened to a summary manual that covers the most commonly used functions Setup was easy, so would still recommend, but online manua issue very annoying.

I have used more expensive all in one printers and scanner but now I am moving towards a paperless office, this printer does the job for my basic printing needs. The only annoying thing is that I cannot print wirelessly from another room as the printer will not turn on automatically. Perhaps I am missing a setting? Overall it's a good unit that prints clearly.

Big Ws price was the best. I was a bit concerned as I really wanted a wireless printer but our experience with the HP one a few years ago had put me off. Anyway as we had a printer to laptop USB for Canon already I decided to give it a go. This model has a cable connection port so if I couldn’t get wireless to work hey I’d just plug my cable in. Well I’m delighted to say it was pretty easy to set up ( I’m not fab with tech but I didn’t have any probs at all). The instructions were comprehensive and fairly simple to follow. We’re now printing wirelessly from our laptop and our iPhones! Easy … and it’s so quiet too! I waited a week or so to post this just to make sure but I can happily recommend this printer.
The casing of the printer feels cheap. You need to just treat it gently when opening draws or flaps. Prints quickly. When turning off printer there are two or three questions the printer needs an answer to before it closes down - this is a bit of a nuisance. Toner easy enough to replace. A tray comes out automatically while printing to catch the paper. I'm happy enough with the printer at this stage. Haven't had the ptinter for very long - time will tell.
The Pixma TS6360a is a great printer at a very affordable price. It is easy to set up with Apple Mac computers and has good printing, copying and scanning features. Some of its capabilities are not so easily found but use of the on-line operation manual enables these features, such as two-sided copying, to be accessed. As it is early in its use I cannot comment on ink usage but documents in colour and B&W are good quality
The print quality on this printer is excellent. It was very easy to set up and connect to all our devices. The only issue is the power cord occasionally falls out of the back of the printer. I have had two alerts of a paper jam when there was no paper jam but have managed to turn the alert off by restarting the computer and adding paper to the tray. (I think this may happen when the paper gets too low and haven't had an issue since keeping the paper topped up.) I really like the speed of the printer and the quality.
Holy moly does it print. It smashes out a 6x4 photo in like no time. We print stuff all the time off our phones and stick them up on the wall. It almost takes no time to print a whole A4 full colour photo. It probably prints black and white pages on plain A4 pages, but who needs an inkjet for that Not us! We just want to print glorious photos. And unlike other printers that we have returned to the store, this one takes photo paper at the back, not a tray - which means the photo paper does not need to bend 180 degrees to print out. THAT means that you can use proper quality thick photo paper. This printer has made me happier than a 4yo with a pack of cheezels. Get one! Get two, one as a backup.

After trying every trick in the manual, and in the process becoming very familiar with the menu options), as well as contacting Canon for help a number of times, I took the printer back to the retailers, The Good Guys, after a week. They listened to my tale of woe, and called for the resident techie.That was the best move ever! The young techie rose to the occasion and left nothing to chance. He fiddled, poked, pushed and tested with dizzying aplomb. He announced the printer to be in perfect working order. He finally ran a connectivity test which indicated the problem to be a missing laptop driver. This printer prints fast and with amazing clarity, having the ink tanks separated means i can replace a colour as needed rather than having to change the whole thing. The machine is also quite slim compared to most canon printers and looks really nice.This printer also comes with full ink tanks as opposed to the half tanks most new printers come with and price wise is really good. Perfect use for our household with a business, uni student and high school student
