We have a bunch of these for their intended purpose, and they are great. But I also recently used these by themselves to just stick stuff to the walls, like one of those cord-hiding channel things that I wanted to stick to the wall snugly up against a border. Worked like a champ!

An Amazing Product!

I've used the Command large size and smaller ones. I've NEVER been disappointed. Really! They always hold tight as long as the surface is clean and they are pressed on tightly. They have NEVER damaged my latex painted walls. I use them to hang our Christmas stockings laden with very heavy items - so heavy that I usually exceed the rated capacity of these strips, but they always hold!I have several Command hooks installed in my hallway coat closet for hanging hats and caps. They've been there for several years with no failures. I use one in my shower to hang my back brush. I didn't use the special water-resistant ones but, since it is only exposed to humidity and no direct water, it has held firm for 3 years now. Command refill adhesive strips

Large replacement strips for command hooks. I needed to move some to paint a door. These made it so easy to remove the old ones and put up the new refill ones with the old hooks and they are just as strong as before like the first time hung up.

Dependable Product

This product works well for the medium or large sized hooks. Sometimes the packages of new hooks and strips are almost a better monetary value, but if you only need strips there are the way to go. These are to use with existing hooks. For those wanting to hang artwork or frames, those are a different Command product that is more Velcro like rather than an adhesive strip.

Excellent for rugs

After many attempts at trying to find acceptable solutions for tacking down our rug runners to our hardwood floors, we have been using these with much success. They are effective and leave no residue or marks. We do have to replace them every couple of months, mostly due to the dog chasing down the hall. But they are the best, easy, damage-free solution we've found--Just place one in each corner.

Garbage Adhesive

TERRIBLE! Straight to trash. Absolutely had zero stickiness right out the package. Both sides of each strip feel the same with/without the paper liner(s). I've never been so disappointed with a 3M product I had to take time to write a review. Until now. I hope this set of Large strips is defective because these 6 can't be used to pick up lint, let alone anything close to 1/4 lb., and forget about 5lbs. Ha! Not even if all 6 were used together.

I have been using these strips for about 8+ years now. I use them for hanging my frames, my hooks, my towel rack, my blow dryer, my mirror decorations, I even use them on my turtle tank to hold the covers in place with the Velcro ones. Now I am about to use them to hold my amazon echo units above my head board instead of behind it. If you take the time to prep the wall, and the strips are held against it firmly for about 10-30 seconds. the hold will last. Product has no equal!

Providing theme decor is a feature of my event service. As clients tend to frown upon drilling holes into their walls, using 3M Command strips is the sensible choice. These 5 lb.-rated strips do the job for heavier decor pieces. For flat decor, the strips are easily attached, then pressed against the wall. I've never experienced any failure from these strips. They work on multiple surface materials and don't leave any damage when removed. Highly recommendable product!

Regular purchase - happy

I use lots of these for hanging all my artwork and photos. These have been quite hard to find so grateful to find them online and a reasonable price as it all adds up when you’re putting up all your framed pictures / artwork in a new home. Arrived next day too.

Wonderful product

I like that you can just buy the replacement strips having to purchase more hooks. Renting an apartment and moving these replacement strips are wonderful. No marks on the walls, or holes to fill-in, leaving the hook ready to mount in the new apartment.
