I just installed it today and it works as-advertised. I bought a refurb kit consisting of the doorbell camera and the Home Base 2. It arrived in sealed, as-new packaging. The kit was complete with all hardware, instructions, etc. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. I put the doorbell on a phone charger overnight and it was 100% in the morning. The doorbell mounting plate requires two screws. I mounted mine on an aluminum storm door frame so I had to drill two pilot holes as well. The hardware install is more trouble than changing a light bulb, but easier than installing a window blind. Setup of the home base and the eufy app on my phone (and later my wife's phone) was easy, but a little time-consuming. Image quality is excellent both day & night. Intercom audio is loud enough. Delay time between what the camera sees and what I see on my phone is 1 or 2 seconds. Ditto for doorbell ring or motion-triggered event. Home base works both wired with ethernet cable and wireless via WiFi. I have a new, fast WiFi router and 300Gbs fiber, so YMMV. I'm keeping mine wired. Eufy claims 6 months between doorbell recharges, but I am skeptical. We shall see. So far I am satisfied with this system. My wife was at work today two towns over while I was at home installing the thing and the eufy alerts reached her just as fast as they reached me. We also had live conversations over the doorbell while I adjusted mounting position and tested the doorbell cam. This is a cool gadget that really works!

Great quality video, easy app and setup. I have the euphy indoor security camera to keep an eye on the dogs and wanted a wireless doorbell that worked on the same app. I really like the quality and selection of the euphy products!
The motion sensing is a joke it ight work out to 4 to 5 feet that is all with the sestivitey set at max ,cant get the intercom to work at all, the few pictures i have gotten are plain just dont get many.
just installed it yesterday. very easy setup. the camera works very well. night vision is excellent. I'm hoping the battery lasts as advertised. time will tell. so far, very very satisfied.
