This is unfortunately my most regrettable purchase to date. We are happy with our other fisher and paykel appliances so when our old dryer died we bought this. We are really happy with the condenser function meaning we don't get lots of hot humid air from the laundry. The problem is that it just doesn't dry things well. Everything always comes out damp on any setting other than extra dry but even that setting doesn't work to dry sheets or doona covers. He have tried loading it with just a single sheet and loading it up with a few and it just doesn't matter. Everything gets tangled and doesn't dry. Honestly I was happier with my $400 10 year old vented dryer.
