These speakers are awesome. I can't say more, the base hits hard and I can hear every pin drop. From Rahmsteinn to Hawaiian, these speakers hit every note.

Bought this to fit into my 2004 SWB Transporter, first thing that you need to know is that IT DOESN'T FIT. The shells supplied to adapt the speakers to the OEM apertures are not for transporters and will not fit onto the rivet holes you've just drilled out to remove the OEM speakers, you'll need to mark and drill the door inner panel and rivet (as I did) or use self tapping screws (supplied). Also the connections on the speakers are not adapted for VW connections they are normal spade so you'll need to cut off the VW connections and BUY some spade female connections (non supplied). Having said that, the sound is nice but, lacking a bit at the lower end however, positionable tweeters are good.No instructions.
I upgraded to these from my stock speakers in my 2007 Kia Sorento. They sound amazing. The difference is clearly obvious. I can hear every word with the windows down going down the freeway. I'd say they sound clearer than my friends 2013 infiniti g37 with Bose. I'm running them off my stock delco head unit. I plan to upgrade that soon and then go back to car toys and have them install a subwoofer. These speakers lack bass but they are super crisp on the higher notes. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to upgrade their stock paper cone speaks. Extremely satisfied with car toys and installation.
Speakers were a great update - not as noticeable when just playing the radio but very full/rich sound when playing music from a device.
I had power bass in before lasted 12 months these sound better fit better and are cheaper the bass is excellent
Took a while to get decent sound as needed to tweak equiliser a lot. Also not as loud on pioneer sph-da230dab without an amp, but (much) better sound.
clean, clear, crisps, better bass sound im very satisfied.
