My first experience with Gerni.I bought this a few months ago (June 22) and I have only now (Oct 22) assembled it to try out, switch on, and.......................nothing!Change extension lead and test, check all fittings, switch on, and.......................nothing!It doesn't turn on! What a piece of garbage.Now I need to waste time and return to a Bunnings store and hope they'll refund me. Then I'll buy another brand.

The second time I used it the water inlet fitting popped off and wouldn't stay on. Cheap plastic fitting. I took it back to Bunnings who cheerfully gave me the option of a refund or store credit. I chose to buy the more expensive pressure cleaner. After all I still needed one. Time will tell if the more expensive Gerni goes any better than its cheap cousin. Overall I was disappointed in the product but would happily give two thumbs up to the staff at Bunnings North Lakes.

It dies after the 2-yr warranty period. It’s my 2nd Gerni pressure washer of its kind. The 1st one died before the warrant ends. Bunnings replaced without asking questions. That was 2018 when they replaced with new one. Now it’s good as nothing!
I bought this 3 weeks ago and use mainly for car cleaning. I'm very pleased with it so far. The lance seems well made and the 5 year warranty gives me peace of mind as well. I may purchase a longer hose so I can wash a car without having to move the unit. Beware that there is a 1 star review on this product but it is for a different model so completely misleading.
Not satisfied as it has not enough pressure to clean a car. I soaked it in soap using the sprayer bottle attachment which is really cool. This unit is probably good to remove dust before you have to hand wash your car.

Worked OK to clean my slippery brick pathways to make them safe again.Common fault with these cheap waster blasters seems to be when you stop the pressure spray, extreme back pressure seems to happen to the inlet.Mine blew the supplied plastic adapter off a couple of times on trigger release, stayed on better when I removed the rubber washer to enable a couple more turns of thread to grip, a few drops leaking but that is no issue. But still blew off the inlet adapter, so now I find that keeping the pressure spray always going and reach for the Off switch saves the inlet adapter popping off.In other words, control the spray on/off by using the power switch and not the lance trigger.The same sort of fault happened to a neighbour's Karcher ... MoreBought March 2022. Great machine for its price. Choose the Gerni over other options like Karcher and Ryobi as the brand is super reliable and has a 5 year warranty, but most importantly the 3300 model was a better price then the competitor machines that had lower specs.
I purchased my Gerni 3300 1810PSI 1500W High Pressure Washer about a month agoit works excellently I cleaned my car with it and my concrete I also cleaned my boat with it and it removed all of the marksalso its cheap easy to use does not use up a lot of waterit an amzing machinethanks Bunnings
I deep clean exterior homes and after using 2600psi against this 1810psi the lesser is better for everything.Concrete, decks, windows etc.It struggles with mold though.But after 3 homes and using 7hrs each, it starts to rumble a but then completely dies. So not sustainable at all.Best gerni when it worked but doesn't last.I use openpay and didn't keep receipts but do now.
