The main unit is very good but the car wash and wheel wash attachments are very poor the wheel wash in particular you need to take the wheels off the car for it to work properly. Also the reel you cannot reel the hose up if it is connected to the lance and the unit at the same time.

Very happy with my purchase. It’s cheaper and more powerful than the more expensive gerni 5000. Works as it should and is great value for the money. If you’re thinking of buying one, do it because it’s worth it.
I am very happy with my purchase. Great for cleaning cars and small-medium outdoor areas. The nozzles/accessories are so easy to attach. It presents great value for money. I would have given this product a 5 star if the hose reel was made simpler/efficient way to use. The manual had no instructions on how to properly reel the hose.
I bough the Gurni 4000 2 years ago. often used it to clean drive, brickwork, fence, and cement blocks with high pressure and nozzle (close to the item). take care on paint as it strips paint. I use on the car to wash off the soapy water... keeping the head at least half a meter from the car body. Close to Mag wheels is OK for me. Great results as pressure is high for these electric sprayers. Using the rotary pavement spray head it is (slow) easy to do a consistent finish on large area of driveway/path with minimum overspray. I also bought the add-on to clean drains. That attachment is not as good as plumbers use... but worked OK just slow to clear the drain. To do it fast like plumbers, they use a 3500PSI to 8000PSI unit to be quick and blast stubborn blockage. Twice it took 1 hour and one took 2 hours for a stubborn tree root block. Saved $350 in plumbers fee each time. If you want to make a business from spraying... buy a petrol powered spray with 3500 PSI or more so you can use a wider spray and get the job done faster. For me in the home, this is really the best buy I can see at Bunnings out of all the sprayers. Very happy. Very well made, very durable.
There's a fair bit wrong with this unit:- The hose holder/winder is cheap and hardly fit for purpose - breaks VERY easily- There is no holster for the gun when not in use (you can wedge it in but it will fall out when moved)- There is no holder for power cable - they added one hook but forgot to add the second.- The 2 attachment holders are just holes - your attachments will fall out in transport.- No holders for larger attachments.- No foot-stand to aid in winding up cable - makes pack-up an awkward mess.- Extremely WEAK hardware; having tested with multiple pressures/connecting pieces. Bought this to do some maintenance around the house. The unit itself works well and does what I was hoping for. It can be fiddly to get working, if you don’t connect the hose correctly it just pops off when you turn the water on. The hose reel is absolute crap, it is not smooth when winding ir letting out. Make sure the hose it put on the hose reel as you are putting it together, not after.

It’s nowhere near the claimed 2030psi. If you look at the manual it’s actually rated around 1300psi. Not sure where they made up these ratings but I’m sure it’s to suck people into buying this garbage. Frustrates me when a decent brand put out rubbish. Any company that wants to rob you isn’t worth giving a cent to. Anyways I faced the same problems as old mate. To add to it all the attachments are weak and the unit hasn’t got enough power to power a snow foam gun. I didn’t try using the one it came with which I would only assume would be rubbish anyways. Bought this to clean mud off the car and while I haven't tried out all the car cleaning attachments, it successfully removed all the mud from my truck, wheel-wells etc. Even has a right-angled bit for putting under the truck to clean mud. I'll be using this after beach drives.The high-pressure bit is phenomenal, only problem was that it cleaned my concrete back to nearly white so I had to back back and do the entire driveway length so it would match.
