Was soo confused which pressure washer to buy .. needed it to clean concrete tiles, exterior walls, driveway, and cars.. went with this one as has the accessories but wasn’t soo expensive that if it failed i would regret it..After first use … loved it … playing around with it and washing 4+ years of grime,mould and dirt and feels like i have a new house …Only negative… hose reel is crappy like all the reviews say … just doesn’t work .. i used it to store power cord instead which works like a charm!

Absolutely and easily the best $200 odd dollars i have spent! Great machine, lightweight, terrific array of attachments and the clip and spring together type setup is easy to use and makes for quick changeovers. I did only buy this because the gerni 5000 wasnt in stock at my local store at the time. Still exactly what I was after.HOWEVER, i’ve been through multiple reviews for all different brands of pressure washers, what seems to be the problem is people complaining about leaks and that they are too plastic and breaks after a few uses, need to remember this is a TOOL, and like many other tools, requires some basic maintenance, and if you read the instructions correctly i dont think you will have an issue. I got this pressure washer in hopes of washing my cars with it. Long story short, this pressure washer isn’t great - the hose reel feature just ends up leaving a kink where the hose line connects, and the snow foam “cannon” is terrible, specifically how it doesn’t have any mesh to create a proper layer of snow foam instead just spitting it out, wasting the product and not actually making the foam strong enough to dissolve dirt… you know, how car pre-washes are supposed to be. Yes it does come with a ton of extras and is cheap as but is horrible for a car enthusiast and even the average consumer, the features contradict any longevity for the pressure hose. Just purchased one of these and took it for a spin. Easy to assemble. Leaked first go but refitted hose input and ok now. Hose doesn't roll out easily but can't fault it for removing mould on back patio exposed aggregate cement. Wand is perfect height for me 5ft4 but would be too short for my 6ft2 hubby. Lots of neat attachment.Plastic fantastic but far value for low price.
This is my first pressure cleaner so I don't really have a point of reference to compare to, but I can say it meets my expectations when it comes to spraying. It comes with some very handy accessories – though it does not come with a jet nozzle! I found the reel to be completely useless and discarded it. I just wrap the hose around the handle. Finish overall is a bit cheap, but what do you expect at this price point. Other quirks is it's top heavy and falls over easily, but aside from that, it does the job.
I bought this Gerni 3600 less than 2 months ago and after only 2 uses it has stopped working. No pump noise, no pressure. Nothing.It's very unfortunate as the machine worked reasonably well and came with many good attachments.On top of that. Bunnings unfortunately could not offer a replacement. And now I am stuck waiting for a repair and with no pressure washer for the next several weeks or months.I feel very let down. A bit of a waste of money for 2 washes of a car.Let's hope that there is no more issues after the repair.
Purchased this wee water blaster recently and have tried out all the attachments, am really impressed with how it has performed. Have had nil issues with water leaking as mentioned in some of the prior reviews, and the variety and practicality of the attachments is awesome. I also like the fact that the foam sprayer bottle attaches to the spray handle, so only water passes through the hose etc., less corrosion and contamination. I returned a more common brand name water blaster that cost twice as much as it was heavy and had poor quality hardware and didn't perform as well. The Gerni consumes very little water only weighs 6.6kgs, so much easier to use.
I bought this unit 18 months ago. The car wash head's cogs needed reallignment straight out of the box, not a huge deal, but not a great start.There's no 'run dry' protection and so if you leave it plugged in but turn the tap off. You can come back to a motor running (when the pressure drops).Took it back today as water was spewing from the trigger in the handle.
I brought this Gerni because my other water blaster is heavier & larger which puts me off getting it out for small jobs. I used my new Gerni first for my car with the foam sprayer, worked really well & cleaned parts easily that are normally hard work. Since I had it out I also did a portion of concrete that really needed doing & it worked really well. It does feel a bit light weight and maybe less durable when you get it out, however once you get past that it is easy to use & move around, great for small - medium jobs, the ability to store a lot of the components on the unit is really handy, seems like it will last well if not thrown around. The length of the combined lance/gun mean it may not be so great for anyone pretty tall wanting to do low/concrete work, but ... Amazing! We were given great advice by a staff member which led to us bring this, over the more powerful cleaner.We needed to clean off 15 years of grime when we moved into our house, and it’s amazing. Still lots to do but the progress is fabulous. We also clean our car with the car nozzle, fantastic!Easy to use and doesn’t cause aches and pains holding it for a while.Like everyone though, the hose winder thing is just not useful at all so it’s be better not even having it.
