I had this straightener for less than a year, it had been great right up until 2 weeks ago it started to flash red making a different beeping noise and the plates weren’t heating up. Last week I bought the original GHD and it has started to do the same thing.I’m very disappointed in GHD. Would not recommend and I won’t be purchasing anything else from them ever.

I love this set. Using the platinums I have seen the difference in the health of my hair. When I purchased them they explained the differences in the technology with the plates and I can defnitley see what they meant. Highly reccomend!! Great dryer in this range too. Way faster than my old one!

My partner brought me this hair straightener for my early Christmas present and I have curly hair (ringlets) and it makes my hair straight and not frizzy and it stays straight for the whole week I use it every day and it dosnt miss a beat I love my hair straighter and can’t recommend it enough !

My cheaper hair straightener worked better and made my hair straighter with less frizz. It also says doesn’t pull your hair, my hair gets caught and pulls out strands constantly. Worst straightener I’ve ever purchased
Good hair straightener, weird sound to state it’s hot enough. Like a sound cheap fuzzy sound, rather than a clean crisp sound. Would expect more at that price.
My favourite ever straighteners they warm up so very fast and glide through my hair making it silky smooth and not leaving it damaged from heat and looking frizzy my hair is lovely and frizz free aswell as looking as straight as a pencil without the need to over do an area.
