Bought a global chef knife, one of many that I have owned over the last 15 years. Very good quality, light, stays sharp.

This is my first Global knife and I am extremely impressed. The knife is extremely sharp yet feels very safe. I would definitely buy global again!

I have just become an apprentice chef and so I bought the global G-55 for my first knife and it is brilliant. It cuts well, comfortable to hold when using it. I liked it that much that I have now purchased a global knife set. A chef at worked recommended Everten website to me and I'm glad he did the prices are great and the knives are excellent.

Most used knife in my kitchen. Fits easily in my hand, safe to use. Keeps it's edge, recommend it to anyone
Have been watching Masterchef and noticed that all contestants use Global knives so conversant. So I bought one, just for trial. And, I wasn't disappointed at all. The blade is so sharp (sharper than any knives I had ever used) and yet, the knife itself is very light, just suitable for my small hand.I highly recommend Global knife for anyone's kitchen.
I have only ever bought cheap knives before this amazing purchase. Quality really does make a difference. This is so sharp it will cut through parsley purely under it's own light weight. Cutting vegetables now takes far less effort. I am very, very happy. Truly makes slicing and dicing a joy!
I was always a slow chopper and thought it was just me but no it was the knives I was using. This knife just makes so much difference, I couldn't believe how easy it was, it takes me half the time now. Fantastic product, would highly recommend.
This knife is very sharp with the blade not too thick. Cuts smoothly and with little effort. Recommended.
This knife is the perfect size, super sharp with a nice weight and nice balance, and it looks good too. I'd been hunting for quite some time with only moderate success for a replacement for the knife that's been my favourite for 20 years, and initially chose this one purely because of the blade size (20cm is a bit too long for my liking, and 16cm a bit too short). However, when it arrived and I tried it, it blew all my other supposedly-good new knives away and inspired a comparative cutting spree to see exactly how much better it was on everything sensibly cuttable. It's the most-used knife in my kitchen now, and I'll be buying another as well as looking to Global as my first choice for knives of other sizes.
this knife was chosen by my son for my every day knife and I am really enjoying using it - highly recommend both the Everten website and this product
