I purchased this for our camper. If you have a RV you know the toiletsIt works great really pricey but looks to last a lifetime. Still haven’t brought it in to see how it works on regular toilet because I know I love the way it will get those siphon jets under the rim that helps the toilet flush. My other brush is still working so will wait till that doesn’t then spend the money.

We purchased two different toilet brushes with the "flex" brand and both have scratched the ceramic bowls of our toilets. When we complained to Joseph Joseph their response was "It is not uncommon for ceramic/porcelain based toilet bowls to be marked from metal-based toilet brushes. This isn't a defect related to the brush themselves and these marks can easily be removed using the reputable 'Bar Keepers Friend Stain Remover'."It did not remove the marks and they said they could not be held responsible. Although they have offered a credit, the toilet bowls look awful and will need to be replaced. I definitely would not recommend buying this product.

These work fine and get our toilet pretty clean, but the silver bar in the handle is rusting badly. We bought three, and all three are rusting. We live in a very dry climate, so it’s not humidity. I thought it was brushed stainless, but it’s not. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

This is neat and compact. Fully sealed so not likely to leak on my wood floor. Brush is slightly different from the usually type so just getting used to it. But it seems to work. Good for getting round the bend at the bottom of the loo unlike other brushes I have used.
About 1-2 months after use a metal part going rust. I wrote to the customer service, and they sent me cheap model of brush. I sent them about 10 emails, but the Customer service doesn't answer me. I'm disappointed in JJ service. They not provide that they promised and I can't believe this company.
Stylish and functional! Nicely packaged so delivered safely and feels elite when opening. Looks smart and sleek, fits in perfectly with my bathroom aesthetic. Functional design and easy to use. Can't say more!
I'll start by saying that I loved this loo brush enough to have now bought 3 - one for every bathroom in my house! It's so hygienic - nothing sticks to it and you don't get any dirty water collecting in the brush holder. I will NEVER buy a standard loo brush EVER again! I've only dropped 1 star as I find it fiddly to get the brush into the squared-off corner under the rim of my loo, although this is not a huge problem - I just make sure I get a good squirt of bleach in the corners when I clean! (Maybe a little bit more flex at the end of the brush would help?). Also, the handle has a hard plastic 'disk' that allows it to sit nicely in the holder, but this can get in the way a little bit whilst using (I believe in leaving totally honest reviews!). The only thing going for this toilet brush is it's looks, for which it gets a star. Everything else about it is useless. I was tempted by the design and felt that the old fashioned toilet brush had been updated. The result however is a product that cannot efficiently clean a toilet. It lacks flexibility, is difficult to use and fails in the simple act of cleaning. Absolute waste of money.
Clever design that does the job well. Easily cleanable head - just hold in in the water flow when flushing the loo. Smart case although perhaps a little lightweight. Interested to see how it performs over time.
This brush simply work. The little rubber studs just glide over any dirt without touching it and the flexible design means it is impossible to apply any pressure. Total waste of money. I note the negative review already on the site but there are plenty of positive reviews on Amazon which I also checked so I went ahead and ordered based on the weight of probabilities but this turned out to be a mistake.
