You cannot go wrong with a carbon steel wok! Feels very sturdy and works with induction cooktop too.

Tough seasoning process but its now ready to be used but not as yet for the quick stir fry intended for it. Have used one ages ago and bought this as a replacement.

Choose a wrong size, a bit too big. I would recommend a smaller size. Very good quality, easy to cook any food.
