Kerastase Resistance Bain Force Architecte Shampoo 250ml

I was very excited to try this! I had major heart surgery on January 2, 2021, which resulted in a 20 day hospital stay. Instantly my hair felt dry after washing while still in the shower. I thought maybe it was a fluke. A couple days after using the shampoo my hair was so dry and straw like. Again…..I thought it was a fluke. I do deep condition my hair weekly with Olaplex #0, #3, #8. I DC overnight on Saturday and wash my hair on Sundays. Followed by blow drying with my Dyson Airwrap. My hair had been feeling great and is growing back…I have so much regrowth a years worth to be exact. I haven’t highlighted my hair since August 2020, when I got my hair cut last. After the first “fluke” with this shampoo I tried again….3 times to be exact. I have narrowed down my super dry hair now is from this shampoo. I was so excited to try this, I had so many high hopes that it would work as great as the Blow-Dry Primer from the same line. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED to say the least! I’m happy I bought a travel size and didn’t fork out the $$ for the full size.

Okay so my hair has been bleached for over 10 years, my hair also has shown little to no growth yet KERASTASE hair line has finally made my hair start growing!!! I have baby hairs :’). My hair looked better after one use. I have the shampoo, conditioner, conditioning mask and growth serum these all together have really made my hair stronger, healthy looking, easier to style and of course growth. I cannot recommend this product often!!! Ugh to be sponsored by Kerastase would be a dream. If you have damaged hair give this a try! After a few weeks you will see a drastic change !

I have used several variations of the Kerastase shampoos, this is one of my top 2 faves, a wonderful refreshing scent leaves my hair feeling super clean and fresh. The scent lingers and is faint but very nice. I absolutely love this product and feels it's worth the investment. I was definitely guilty of over using my luxury hair care products. They are highly concentrated and a little goes a long way. I have hair past my shoulders and each shampoo I use about a quarter size amount on the palm of my hand then add some water and lather both hands up, make sure your hair is also very wet. I always do the lather rise and repeat. I also rotate my shampoos around from week to week which also helps to stretch out these more higher end products :)

Amazing

I’ve been through about 6 different shampoos this past year due to my hair becoming very dry and losing loads during each wash (I’m talking silly amounts). Even after using some top brands (opxxxxx) and (Chamxxx) it was still awful. Then I found this marvel. I use it with the same range conditioner and heat protector and my hair has never felt or looked better. I noticed right from the first time I used it but now it’s been about 6 washes and it’s silky, healthy looking and I hardly lose and hair in the process. I’m amazed and will never use another brand again!

Best strengthening shampoo

I've tried pretty much all of the Kerastase ranges as my hair unfortunately fits into several brackets (long but fine, dry ends, brittle, oily roots, prone to hair fall/shedding, split ends) and I think that the Resistance line is my favourite. This shampoo feels like it's actually repairing hair and protecting it as opposed to simply coating it with chemicals, so I like the way my hair feels and looks after using it. I wash my hair 3x a week and a bottle lasts me anywhere between 3-4 months which is okay considering the price point. If your hair is already strong and healthy you can skip this shampoo but if you have any of the same issues I mentioned then I would def recommend it.

Exceptional products!

I am a former hairstylist with fine color treated wavy hair. I have researched hair care for 30+ years and have tried almost EVERYTHING out there in search of the best products. Kerastase is by far the best line I have ever used! Their whole line is amazing. Yes, it’s pricy but it’s a luxury brand and so worth the money. I love how they make products for every hair type. Make sure you analyze your own hair first to match up with the products that best suits your hair type and porosity. If you do that you will not be disappointed!

Favourite shampoo ever

I absolutely love this shampoo. I have very long hair that has always been prone to split ends and breakage, made worse by the blonde foils. My hair has never felt soft and silky and largely feels dull. Since using this shampoo (I haven't even tried the conditioner yet), that has all changed. My hair is now soft and silky, the breakage between trims is a lot less and I can go a bit longer between washes, even though I have a very oily scalp. In the past I've tried expensive salon bought shampoos and conditioners and never really noticed a difference between the standard store-bought varieties. This is definitely not the case, and I can hand on heart say that this is the best my hair has ever felt and looked.

Fortify and strengthen (3rd purchase)

I love changing up my shampoo and conditioners however this is my third purchase along side the strengthening blow dry serum. I change my hair often depending on the season and the mood. The strengthening duo strengthens and fortifies the hair. Which is great for breakage and split ends. My only disclaimer is most strengthening shampoos contain protein extracts which over time can make the hair shaft brittle. So I recommend after finishing switching to another product from the range or use this shampoo 1-2 times a week if you can stretch out your wash day.

Not worth money

Not worth it !!!! I had really high hopes for this shampoo as for the first time I bought a Kerastase product. I read all the reviews and thought this would be best for me as my hair needed some strength. After using this I can notice some volume but the flip side is my hair fall has increased drastically. Lots of his falling when I use this shampoo and whenever I comb my hair after using this shampoo. Not sure what's in this shampoo that is causing lots of hair fall :( I have medium-length hair and needed some strength but this shampoo disappoints me. I am unsure if I have selected the wrong range of shampoo or information given on shampoo is misleading. Not worth of that price paid :(

Noticed a difference with the quality of my hair

I was slightly apprehensive spending more money than normal on shampoo and conditioner just in case I found it to be a waste of money and if I did not like the products or formula. Pleased I purchased couldn’t recommend Resistance enough. I’ve been using Kérastase Resistance Strengthening for 2 months now in all honestly wow! What a difference using the right products on your hair makes. My hair feels more conditioned, stronger, less breakage, fall out and hair loss after washing. My split ends don’t appear as noticeable . Really noticed a difference in the quality of my hair Really happy with this brand both the shampoo and conditioner for me personally I can’t fault. Genuinely excited to explore more of Kérastase Products.
