Kiehl's - Midnight Recovery Eye (15ml/0.5oz)

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

A Great De-Puffing Eye Cream

I have dry, sensitive-prone skin. I bought this product to use as an eye cream targeting puffiness around the eyes. This product really does work in reducing tired-looking eyes and I could see a noticeable difference when I use this eye cream in the morning. Compared to other eye creams on the market, it is affordably priced and matches them in terms of performance. My only critique is that it isn't as moisturising as some eye creams, which is something to note if you suffer from fine, dehydration lines under the eyes. However, if you want to use this eye cream during the day, its lighter consistency means it sits well under concealer.

A RARE MISS FOR KIEHLS

I love Kiehl’s as a brand and highly rate most of their products but this just doesn’t do it for me. I need a good eye cream so have tried lots and was hopeful for this one. It has a nice texture but the fragrance is awfully overpowering for an eye cream it smells like a man’s aftershave. I applied as directed at night but on waking I felt my eyes were drier so it’s a big thumbs down from me - I will stick to the kiehl’s avocado eye cream - much better!

Amazing product for

The skin surrounding my eyes was giving me some trouble. It was quite sensitive and gave out a tight, painful feeling when touched. Since I started using this product, my eyes have fully recovered to normal. The skin around my eyes feels luscious and immediately absorbs. It's also acceptable to wear makeup if, for some reason, I decide to leave the house after completing my evening regimen. It lasts long time because a little bit will go a long way.

Best eye cream for my dark circles

I start using this eye cream about a month ago and I can notice now a huge difference. I always had dark circles under the eyes (probably genetics) and this is the only cream that really helped me to minimise their appearance. I use it every night before going to bed and my skin looks fresher in the morning. This cream will definitely remain a part for my skin routine and I recommend it to everyone experiencing the same problems :)

Kiehls eye creams have been disappointing

I’m giving this eye cream one star because it didn’t work well in addressing my dark circles. I’ve tried to like Kiehls’ products, but thus far, their eye creams have been disappointing. I've also tried the avocado cream and the vitamin C serum, and neither worked. The vitamin C serum was the worst of the three. I’m convinced these cosmetic brands are trying to milk you for your money. You think expensive eye creams will work better. Wrong! Drugstore eye creams have been far more effective such as the CeraVe eye cream. Skincare products, of course, depend on an individual’s physiology. Kiehls has just not worked well for me. You’re better off purchasing a more affordable eye cream.

I LOVE this nighttime eye cream! If you want to treat yourself and feel like you’re at the spa, dab some of this around your eyes at night, and you will love the results! First of all, the smell is DIVINE: Essence of calming lavender fills the senses. And the cream: Luxurious. It is concentrated, and it absorbs nicely into the skin, and it does everything that the ad says it will. It really replenishes the skin around the eye. I generally judge how eye creams work based on how the skin around my eyes looks in the morning. This cream gives you beautiful results! I HIGHLY recommend this eye cream. My skin is the kind of skin that still looks really youthful, with no makeup! I get regular complements on my skin. I think that a good eye cream is a MUST. This cream is one of those that you must have in your eye cream arsenal! And the tube is small and portable, so it’s easy to pack… if you happen to be traveling. When I used to travel, I’d have this cream with me, and I would treat my friend to this at night before bedtime. It’s just a GREAT cream, all-around. Buy it, use it, and you will be very glad to have it!

Not bad...

I will start off by saying that did like this product. At the time of purchase I was really struggling with puffy eyes. It has a lovely moisturising and light consistency. It goes on smoothly, covers fully, and absorbs well. In the morning my eyes looked rested but I can't say they did a huge amount for the puffiness. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I purchased it because it stated it helps with puffiness. This wasn't my experience. I was happy enough to use the product each night as there were other benefits (stated above) and completed the entire tube, but I guess I was expecting a little bit more. I do like Kiehl's products, but I have switched to Malin Goetz Revitalising Eye Gel which I like much more and have purchased multiple times.

Some Lightening

I love this. It's cheaper than some other eye creams I've tried and I find it more effective for my needs. My most pressing concern is my under-eye darkness that I've had since I was a kid. I've been using this product for almost a month now, every night, and I find it has lessened the darkness a bit. I don't know how much more lightness I can expect with continued use, but for the price I am pleased. The scent is pleasant and it absorbs quickly. I use a retinol eye cream first, wait 20mins, then I apply this. I wait another 20mins then apply my regular night moisturiser. I will repurchase.

Wow

I was starting to notice bags under my eyes and wanted something to stop them getting worse (I'm in my early 60's). I've never tried this brand before. I brought this eye cream along with the moisturising facial cream. based on previous reviews. I cannot believe the results, within a very short time of using. I now wake up with no puffiness under my eyes and my skin looks much fresher. I will definitely continue to buy this. I'm converted.
