Pasta fasta. I loved the packaging. To me it really have a feeling of being transported to Italy where this pasta is made. I used this linguine to make a creamy carbonara sauce using mushrooms, pancetta and spring onions. It turned out delicious. The pasta was lovely and much better than the home brand that we usually purchase. Price wise I think this pasta compares to other leading brands. One negative for me is that the cook time is not with the directions on how to cook. It is on the front 12 mins but it blended in to other packaging and I did not see it until after the fact. I even asked someone else to look and they also did not see. Otherwise a great pasta and yes I will buy again when my budget can afford to be a little more extravagant. Thanks for ... Excellent quality pasta. The La Molisana Pastifico Extra Di Lusso Linguine is excellent quality. It's a little more expensive than other brands and I did wonder whether there would be a discernible difference in quality. After eating it I would say there definitely is. The La Molisana Pastifico Extra Di Lusso Linguine tastes great, it has an excellent texture in the mouth and is closer to what I would expect from a great pasta than other brands. Would I use it for every meal? Probably not. If the dish has a lot of sauce I think the price difference wouldn't be justified. However for dishes where the pasta is the star, the La Molisana Pastifico Extra Di Lusso Linguine is a must-buy item. The extra cost is justified.

Amazing Pasta Brand! I normally can’t tell a difference between pasta but I swear this brand is far superior. I used to buy the cheapest packet I could but I think I’m converted now!The pasta is obviously delicious, but it also cooks perfectly to the instructions on the packet which is a great help! I’ve never been able to cook “flat” pasta without it sticking together but this brand seems to be the exception! No sticking together, perfectly al dente every time! 10/10 I highly recommend this brand for their linguine but also their other pasta styles. I can’t fault them!

Lovely Lingering Linguine. Bought these on sale as haven’t had any issues with this brand of pasta before. Easy to cook but like most of the other pasta in this range I like to cook it for a few minutes more so they aren’t as al dente. The pack says to cook for 12 minutes. If you don’t stir them enough while they are cooking they do tend to stick to the bottom of the pot but I think you just need to agitate them more in the first few minutes of cooking so they don’t cake on. Lovely pasta flavour and texture. We served these with a marinara sauce. My toddler enjoyed sucking them up with the sauce too Nice identifiable blue packaging for the La Molisana brand. A clear window over some of the pasta so you can see it’s quality. However I assume the packaging is not ... MoreLovely Lingering Linguine. Will happily purchase these again in the future.
QUIET ACHIEVER. This was tested by my Italian husband and pasta lover... you really can't get better than that!!Firstly we both had never heard of this brand, nor had even seen it amongst the other pasta varieties. Nice, expensive looking packaging but at a fabulous price! Big tick ✔Now my husband always likes to follow the exact cooking time stated on the pack as he thinks it turns our better - I must say it was cooked to perfection and not gluggy! Big tick ✔It plated up well with no loss of shape or broken bits. The texture was aldente and according to him, twisted well on the spoon. He opted for bolognese sauce with a hefty grating of peccorino cheese. The mound stood tall and certainly didn't give way under the weight of the sauce Big tick ✔! The verdict - ... The verdict - excellent product; well priced and let's not forget it's made in Italy, which according to the expert, is where you would want your pasta to be made! Highly recommend! Will now definitely opt for this brand over the other fancy named, over priced gourmet brands.
Tasted Nice. First thing I noticed was the nice packaging, very posh! The price was around the same as the other cheaper brands but the taste was definitely not cheap! When I took it out of the packet it felt like quality pasta. It cooked well & in the time specified on the packet, 12 minutes. I liked the way it didn't stick to itself & it wasn't gluggy either. I actually ate a little bit more than I should have straight from the pan! ♀️I made Honey Mustard Chicken & mixed the pasta in with it. It was delicious & very filling. I normally buy spiral pasta but this was nice for a change. I'd certainly buy it again in the future. Thank you for the sample.
'linguine' or 'linguini'? Ah, who cares! Let's eat! This is a brand our household hadn't heard of before... & we love our different pasta meals, so it was interesting to put a newbie to the test. It didn't disappoint the discerning diners, but then the younger crew too often bury their pasta under sauce & salt, so their assessments mean little. It cooked well, reached al dente without losing anything, & sat beautifully with fillet of salmon & some greens. Pasta is not expensive to buy, so for the added enjoyment this product provides, it's going to be "addio" to generic lines from now on.
Perfect pasta! When we tried this, we figured it would be just like any other out there. We usually just buy the cheaper brands because my husband says “pasta’s pasta”. ♀️ And yes, it doesn’t really taste any different. However, I noticed a difference when I cooked it. The cheaper brands of spaghetti or fettuccine tend to try to clump together on the bottom of the pot, and we seem to always get a few clumpy strands stuck together. That never happened with this one. We cooked it twice, served with a simple homemade napolitana sauce. Both time the pasta came out perfectly al dente. The pasta sauce stuck to it just enough to cover all of the pasta too. While it’s slightly more expensive, I would definitely consider buying this again for family dinners where you just ... MorePerfect pasta! We found this was also excellent quality for a shelf packet gnocchi.
Beautiful product. This pasta has the appearance of a high quality product. The design and colour used on the package is classy, modern and very inviting. I was not expecting such a narrow version of linguini and the whitish cream colour of it is what I associate with the expensive Italian pastas. It cooked to produce a lovely al dente texture and the cooking water was not overly cloudy from starch loss which is another indicator of a good pasta. I served it with a lemony salmon cream sauce which for us was a perfect pairing. ‘Di lusso’ roughly translates to ‘luxurious, delux and special’. Nailed it and I can definitely recommend this linguine.
Another winner. I’ve never tried linguine before receiving this sample so I was really looking forward to giving it a try. Once again this branded pasta is a winner!I boiled the pasta for the recommended time and it turned out perfectly al dente It didn’t clag up or stick together and it tasted delicious with a creamy carbonara like sauce. My entire family really enjoyed this pasta. I really like the packaging of this brand, it’s rustic and reminds me of Italy . I also like that it has a little see through section so you can see the pasta inside. Although this pasta is a little more expensive than some of the other brands it’s definitely worth the buy. I will be purchasing this again.
