I take a vitamin c supplement, usually 500 to 1,000 mg, especially during the winter. I have taken a break recently and resumed about a week ago. I noticed a significant difference! The allergies that had been plaguing me seem to subside significantly and the sniffles that I had been getting off and on for the past few weeks have not returned. It's a small thing that makes a huge difference.

I have osteoporosis and there have been studies lately that say vitamin C can help your body absorb calcium so I started using this product along with calcium supplements a few years ago and the last time I went for a bone scan, I had a significant increase in bone mass. I believe that this product really was instrumental in helping me achieve that. And it helps me stave off colds and flus so it will definitely remain a part of my regimen for a long time to come.

My blood work showed a B12 deficiency. I tried the regular B12 by this brand and on my next test 3 months later, my B12 levels were actually slightly LOWER than before! My doctor had me double my dose if B12, and said if I still wasn't absorbing it, we'd need to consider B12 injections. Since the regular tablets clearly did nothing for me and my B12 actually got lower on them, I decided to try the timed release tablets this time. On my next follow up test, my B12 levels had shot up to well within the normal range! Now this could have been attributed to the double dosage, but I suspect better absorption may be a factor considering I got worse on the half dosage. I'm going to just stick with the timed release now since I KNOW they work for me.

I have been taking vitamin c from natures made for years. I truly believe this helps boost my immune system all during cold and flu season. The price is great compared to a lot of other brands and they always have so many choices of size bottle and capsules vs gummy. In the new year a lot of the time they do a buy one get one at various drug stores and they always have coupons.

These are good! I love them. I honestly prefer the chewable ones but if need be I will take theses, easily. This brand is is great and reliable. They go on sale too some times and I like that. Fresh and clean healthy supplements for the husband and I. I will continue to use this brands

Vitamin c for me so important as I’m a woman in my late 20’s. I especially find these beneficial during the winter seasons because my immune systems isn’t all that great.
