What I loved most about this specific inositol is the size, quality, and servings per container. Of course this depends on how many servings you take per day, but if you do 1-2 it truly lasts for at least a couple of months. Taste is fine, it’s like powdered sugar that’s a bit off. I usually put it straight on my tongue and chase it with a drink and don’t mind it at all. It has stayed fresh as I bought this several months ago, used it for a bit, forgot about it, and started it up again recently and consistently and it still seems just as fresh as the first time I started it.I take it for PCOS, but can’t say how much of an effect it has had just yet as I’ve only been back to taking it for about 3 weeks now.

My period has been more regular since starting this as well - though I’m not sure if that’s just a coincidence. Overall, I think this Now brand is a good affordable option for inositol if you’re interested in trying it. I am on my third container of this and will continue using it. There are a lot of more expensive brands out there, and I may try those in the future, but I wanted something affordable to start with and have been happy with Now.

Pretty good

This is a good and big sized package. I calculated that it would last me a month with daily (big) usage.I however used it only for one day because I'd like to use up the pure inositol first.I put it in a big bottle of water treating it as a tasty drink. Except it wasn't that tasty as it had the taste of those dissolving tablets with vitamins. The taste wasn't bad but it wasn't as delicious as some reviews made it look.I'm currently not sure if this thing of drinking the vitamins during the whole day gave me the runs or it was something else. We shall see with a more proper use! But I do think this is the culprit because of the magnesium.

Very effective for Blood sugar levels

the quality of this brand is great. I have tried 2 other brands, 1 being more expensive and it works as good. The bottle size is huge as it is 1 lb. It has a semi sweet taste. It is very effective in balancing sugar levels and helping your nervous system. I do recommend starting out slow, 1 tsp at a time. This bottle did not come with a scoop . I personally take 2.5 tsp which equates to 5g. I take 5g with the 1st bit of breakfast and lunch. Dinner I may take a bit less depending on how I feel.

great for PCOS

I have PCOS and chose this inositol to try to support PCOS symptoms.here is what i noticed;2g 1x per day dosage:its the sweet spot for me. helps to control sugar cravings, and i lost a lot of belly fat, specially in the waist area (ofc combined with calories deficit and exercising)2g 2x per day (4g total)it was a bit too much. it definitely supported even more sugar cravings, but started to give me involuntary muscle contractions. its a side effect i usually get from supplements/medication that increases serotonin in the body, stopped taking, contractions went away.
