As much as I loved this gainer I'm switching over to Serious Mass for this month to see what my gains are there. If I'm not as satisfied as I was with PCG, I will definitely be coming back for more. Been using for years and years

Have been ordering this product for probably the last 10 years or so.. Have had some hard times gaining and maintaining weight and this stuff has honestly been a life saver. Always double chocolate and easily the best weight gainer on the market. My only complaint is I wish they would not raise the price. Added to my cart in the morning and didn't submit til later that day and the price went up by $10. Still gonna order it but yall chill. Gas already $3+ we already broke enough.

Best protein

This is honestly the best protein for weight gain that I’ve used, I love it so much and the taste is amazing. You can either blend it in a smoothie or just use a blender bottle since it dissolves easily! The service was also pretty fast and consistent. I love get Yokd and I love this product!

The quality of this company is something I don’t need to talk about, the ingredients of this specific protein is already written on it I mean you wanna gain some weight go for it because I did, but be careful to train your abs all workout days because it may increase your belly fats, the taste is AMAZING! Especially if it was mixed with another chocolate drink! So good! For your goal I think the size is good if you bought two from it.Packaging is just perfectly sealed!

Delicious and helps me eat regularly and more healthy choices. I run on caffeine, carbs and sugar. This curve those cravings and i instead drink water and avoid the easy to grab sugar or carb loaded snack from the free table. Tastes like chocolate milk but not the super sweet kind

Read this first before you buy please

Look at the number one ingredient first when choosing a protein powder. Number one here is maltodextrin. It's understandable, as this is a "gainer" but you're paying to take a shortcut diet wise. It's a high glycemic index carb filler and where most of the calories come from. The body absorbs it quickly, spiking your insulin level enough to be anticatabolic, but you could easily find a good whole food carb source to replace this. Maltodextrin is just like sugar and the body will store it as fat if there aren't muscles that need glycogen. Also check out the serving size, one heaping scoop might seem reasonable, but grab a kitchen scale and you'll find that it requires closer to 2 mostly full scoops to equal one serving of 165 grams of this stuff. If you do decide to buy this as a shortcut, don't take a whole serving at once...30 min prior to working out, take 83 grams of this (3/4 scoop), and immediately after working out, take the remaining 83 grams to equal the whole serving. I swear Im the hardest gainer in world history & I already tried 2 extreme cycles of Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals products w/ other GNC protein products, & I also take pretty serious sleep meds, have a very physically demanding job, commute on public transit, & only have 9 hrs./night @ home on work days.
