I bought this circular saw a few years ago. It works pretty well but you cannot get any replacement blades for the saw anywhere and definitely not at any Bunnings Store.

Used it with a diamond blade to cut through 13x steel reinforced concrete sleepers, went like a hot knife through butter. Thought I'd need to hire a full blown demolition saw but the lil' baby ozito was an unstoppable unit.

Value for money ! Purchased the same saw approx 5 yrs ago and drove into the ground sawing Jarrah Fence posts and sleepers for firewood plus timber floor repairs and lots of other stuff.Funny thing is when my original Ozito Saw died and i ordered a new one , mind you it came inside 24 hours, it included a set of replacement electrical parts bushes that the electrician mate put into it and now I have 2 saws ! Bonus and would recommend !

Great purchase and for the price did everything I asked of it. I purchased it to cut up a hot tub in the back yard and it took it easily in its stride. One minor comment is to check everything is fastened in place correctly including the blade. It was a little loose at first and was slipping.
Mine is a few years old. It works. It cuts. From memory I paid $50 for it and it still works. I can’t complain and never really noticed any problem. It’s obviously budget but you more than get what you pay for. You could also spend more and get better.
Have been using this for a year or so. The original blade is garbage , teeth wears out after few cuts. The shaft has about 2mm play so don't expect to cut accurate 90 degree cuts, even with a 100$ blade. As for the motor , it has enough power to go through pine knots with a cheap (20$) Irwin 40T blade.Provided rip cut fence is a little flimsy so only do rough cuts. For 59 bucks it does what it can.
For the price you pay for it is good value. Cuts straight, easy enough to change blades. Feels a bit plastic-y. Wouldnt get it for everyday use but once a week for hobby stuff and there is no point spending the extra money on something a bit nicer
purchased approx 7mths ago. the main points are listed below :1. motor works well so far done fencing and deck without issue.2.good value for money for a diy person.3.as already stated by another reviewer the depth cut locking mechanism is a bit iffy and doesn't always hold, have made adjustments but still a bit hit and miss in that specific regard to be honest.4.blade was relatively easy to change too.
Great saw but I got in trouble when I changed blades. I didn't take enough notice of the orientation of the washers placed on either side of the blade! A schematic diagram in the otherwise helpful leaflet would be good for dopes.
Really worth the money you pay. Can't expect it to be the rolls Royce of the circular saw. As a DIY'er it just fits me right. The cuts could be cleaner, but I guess then we need to invest in a better quality blade.Overall I would definitely recommend this to other DIY'ers
