First time using a mass Gainer and very impressed by this clean gain. Recovery times are down, mass gain results are better than expected and the flavour is next level

Do better...

First ingredient is maltodextrin (known filler, and high glycemic), also artificial flavors and sucralose are no beuno. Avoid sucralose and all artificial sweeteners besides stevia, monk fruit, xylitol, and erythritol (if if does not upset your stomach).

Great for Bulking

I have loved the taste of this protein (compared to other gainers) and it's definitely a staple when I'm in the bulking season.

After trying the Source 7 protein I decided to give their gainer a spin. Good product for bulking up. High quality ingredients and spectacular flavor. Bravo!

Rule #1: Build muscle

I just recently (1 wk) switched from Rivalus (no longer in stock) to this brand. There's not a real difference in taste between the two (Rule 1 & Rivalus), since I only get/drink vanilla flavored protein. The only advice I'd give is put it in the fridge after shaking so that there's no clumps and it's smoother when cold w/ a scoop of creatine. I haven't tried the chocolate flavor but the vanilla is smooth
