Plenty of power and nice clean cut. I was going to go cordless but happy with the corded version for the price it's hard to beat.

The LED guide light only comes on when the saw is running. This isnt ideal since you can damage your work piece and the blade while trying to use the jigsaw as a torch and guide it into postion.The lights on my other tools activate when the trigger is pulled slightly and the motor activates if the trigger is pulled further.If you don't need the light then this is a great tool for the price.

Happy with performance. The plastic guide is a joke; throw that away. The saw blows the dust away very well, so you can see where your cut is going at the blade. Hopefully if anything goes wrong, the 4yr warranty is genuine.
Bought the 600W Jigsaw , easy to use , blade changing bis a dream compared to my 25 year old previous other make Jigsaw .... The ability to change speeds and rotating makes delicate jobs easier.Im impressed .... My only criticism is the instruction booklet that it comes with ... Pictures are ok but some written instructions would be betterGreat tool
I am totally happy with this purchase and am very glad I bought one of these. It does everything I need with ample power and features. So far I have used it for cutting holes in 18mm MDF for loud speakers. Having initially bought a cheaper unit that I found wasn't sufficient, I suggest that if you want a jigsaw for non-professional around-the-home use, I recommend this jigsaw over any of the cheaper options.
Pretty reliable tool, perfect for the diy adventurers. Comes with 4 years warranty and feels sturdy and well built. There's quite a few accessories too that are going to help you through your woodworking journey. Powerful enough to get the job done easily!
My requirement was simple, to find a reliable Jigsaw for my occasional DIY projects. In the past, other brands proved less than desirable.This Ryobi 600W has, so far, proven its worth.
Great product and warranty. The Ryobi jigsaw and drill I now own are very comfortable to use and the lightweight.
This unit has a solid construction, feels heavy but not overbearing, changing the blades is really easy. Has helped us cut out holes in laminate flooring, always very handy to get around tricky spots. Just make sure to buy solid blades.
