I'm really disappointed in my purchase, as a part of what we were after and needed vs. benefits "sold" to us did not work/ weren't included and/or removed shortly removed after. The only positive part of this fridge is the space for storage, and water/ice function. Woolworth app was removed Photos not compatible with an iPhone music service doesn't work Basic apps - doesnt allow you to add other potential apps. We were told this would be available and reason we purchased this item, a few weeks later we had notifications to say Woolworths would be removed. If we had of known this we would not have purchased this item. Very disappointed and now we are stuck with this item. So far so good. A great product and a great addition to our kitchen. Whilst the Family Hub screen and functionality are very good, the algorithms for menu suggestions etc arent quite working right but the overall suggestions are pretty good. Having Spotify or the news coming out the fridge is quite cool but aside from the hub itself, we really like the ability to change the right-side freezer climates from fridge to freezer at the press of a button which helps when entertaining. This can also be done with the flexi crisper in the fridge section. Overall, its brilliant in its concept and we rate it highly. Shame it only links to Woolworths online and not Coles but apart from that. its top notch

Love how it knows when to stop making the ice when the ice boxes are full inside the freezer.Automatic water jug filler works excellent use this all the time.Best of for me is the fact that we now have extra fridge space by converting one side of the freezer to allow for this to happen. We love out new fridge and have had no issues whatsoever with working out the computer features and we arent overly tech savvy. There is plenty of room in the fridge & freezer and we love that we can use the bottom right hand was either a fridge or freezer. We are currently using this section for our drinks as a mini bar and this is working out fabulously as it gives us plenty of room in the main fridge for all of our fresh fruit and vegetables. We have a 2nd freezer so we dont need a massive freezer compartment and therefore the bottom left hand side is plentiful however if we didnt we would most certainly need to use the bottom right as a freezer also. Having this option is brilliant. I bought this mid March and heard nothing of delivery until I called repeatedly. One tiny man came to deliver it and left it in my driveway- repeated calls to Samsung no follow up and no help whatsoever. The fridge 135kg had to be brought in by friends. I had to start using it before the kitchen renovation and unconnected to water even with a little food it smells very quickly, I'm constantly cleaning it. They screen isn't as great as I had hoped, mainly due to software, they discontinued the Woolworths app and Spotify and bixby don't like each other. Overall I'm hoping the dissapoinment will ease and looking forward to replacement in a couple of years.
For the price I would expect a really good fridge and Samsung does deliver. It's a very tech savvy, flexible and clean looking fridge. The Bev centre is fantastic as it makes for a convenient and tidy dispensing. Cold water auto filled water on demand is heaps better than the external ones that are messy with room temp water. Keeps everything crisp and fresh. Only negative is lack of flexible storage shelves and fridge is bigger than specs.
Love how cool the fridge keeps drinks and food with the metal panels. The front drink station panel is great to avoid having to open the door completely, and even door items stay wonderfully cold. Havent used the adjustable shelf for tall items yet, but sure will come in handy when needed. Loving having a fridge that I dont have to bend to see whats in there. We save money on food as its no longer going to waste. The freezer isnt very big but we have another freezer so not an issue for us. Was totally taken back by what you need to agree to join Family Hub (and you cannot use the touch screen unless you do). I bought this refrigerator to my new house and from the first day it's got an issue. The fridge works fine, but the both freezers on the bottom will not drop it's temperature below 7 degree celsius. Today it shoot up its temperature to 19 degree celsius melting all of my food! I called for support and all they responded was to wait for the service centre to give me a call till the working days, and I am literally not able to use this product at all.I'm only left to wait till the inspector to come and give me a quote to repair this unit. It's ridiculous that I had to pay more than 5k for this junk.
Received the product in Dec 22 with misaligned shelf and broken filter case, have reported it right away with Good Guys with all the photos and video but Samsung is not recognising the products fault, worst is Ive been told its a customer induced damage so they wouldnt want to replace it nor have it repaired even though the technician recommended it to be replaced and for 3 months Ive been following this up thats what they have decided. Really! Bad and crafty business practice, no care for the customers. Hope the Good Guys business practice is not like Samsungs, crafty and no care for customers.
