Works good till the end of its life. But the life span is 18 months for South Indian crepes. When ihe item life ends it starts stickings. Time for changing. Buyer could get 80 to 100 trouble free usage. If span is 150 to 200 I believe 5 star eligible. When I bought 3 years ago, first time the price was 115 dollars. I thought not price worthy. Then switched to other German brand for same price, but it was proved worse. Then bought scanpan again. Price too less than 100. Then I gifted another to my son. This is third time. I will stick to this brand.

This crepe pan is just wonderful it cooks the crepes/pancakes so evenly and quickly - Also tried to make an omelet cooked to perfection. - Simply it's just wonderful - I am absolutely glad I purchased this brand of pan - I simply can't be without it - Have to mention the great customer service and the good prices certainly keeps me coming back.
I have tried so many different crepe pans over the years and finally found peace with this pan. I much prefer a non-stick finish and the slightly larger size makes it easier to fill the crepes with various fillings, fruits, veggies or seafood. All my guests who stopped by this morning for crepes are in full agreement that this is the best crepe pan!!
This was a repurchase. I had my previous one for 4 years and absolutely loved it. I use it for pancakes, omelette and scrambled eggs as well. Excellent quality, nothing sticks, easy to clean.
I was a professional cook until my recent retirement and have never owned a "crepe pan"in all the years of cooking both at home and professionally. I have always thought most specialty pans were a suppliers way of getting us to spend more than we needed, to do the same job. I was using an ordinary scan pan frying pan to make crepes and was recently convinced by my husband to buy this crepe pan (mainly because of the price and because its scanpan) Well, IT'S GREAT!!!!!. Completely different to using a normal frying pan, works beautifully, crepes cook faster and more evenly, flip and slide incredibly easily etc etc. I highly recommend this pan and am also very impressed with the standard of customer service I have received. Bought this for my mum for her to do some toasted sandwiches. So very easy to do. Absolutely wonderful pan 😊
Extremely happy with this pan. Cooks and cleans so well. So far have used for pancakes and omelettes in the last 2 weeks, and flipping has been easy.
