Love this item. Both my dogs and cats have no difficulty using it. My puppies learnt to use it in half a day. No more guilt that they are stuck inside when I'm out.
I have used these cat flaps for some years now. Were they are so good you have like a guillotine door that you put down on the catflap to stop the cats getting out. They cannot break this these cat flaps are very secure.Other cat flaps my cats will simply break through. Also to Wendys a lot with what I call a killing teen daughter they will 100% stop any cats entering your property

My dogs love being able to go in and out when they want to and i don't feel guilty if i'm not home all the time
I am not sure how the flap itself will hold up over years of use - it is not a perfect seal because it is flexible. But it is better than our old one. The small size just fits our Jack Russell - she has to shimmy a little but that's fine, and nothing else is going to use it. The option to shut it completely off at night works for us, and no more hassle than a lock fitted to the flap itself which we used to have. Pretty good.
We have 2 large doge who stay with us occasionally and have broken previous pet doors. This one is strong enough to cope with these boisterous dogs
