We got this soft head as our sports medicine.doxtor's recommendation for our daughter, who has a problem in her shins. She was able to treat that area pre-competition ans reduce her paiin.As an added bonus, my wife, who suffers from fibromyalgia, is actually able to tolerate the Theragun pressure now.A really good attachment.

I use the Mini pre run and cycle with the app that steps through the routine and power settings automatically. App will even tell you what attachment head to use. Works great. You can also do post workout routines or just use it manually. Has three attachment heads. I got the soft attachment for ankles. Thatās great too. The mini is small but powerful. You can travel with it. Battery life might be better but watch out. Itās because you just donāt want to turn it offš

I had been waiting for Theragun to arrive at QVC as although it had been recommended to me I was sceptical and wanted to take advantage of the 60 day return. This is definitely not going back. It has helped me in so many ways. I have been using the app and the pre set programs for running, sleep, wake, training and desk work. I purchased the Theragun originally for running as my legs were aching despite warming up/cooling down etc, I now run faster for longer and when I set off my legs feel immediately "energised". I no longer have pains in my neck and shoulders from too much screen time, my legs have no pains/aches and the bonus for me has been the improvement in my sleep. I really liked the supersoft flat attachment, but the hand unit itself makes a loud ticking noise. My other percussion massager is much quieter. So that was a big disappointment having a constant tapping noise that gets louder the faster I increase the speed. :-/
Was using Dampener head and wanted something a bit softer. This Supersoft head is too soft. I need something in between.Therabody customer support (no phone support, just chat or email), backorder process and communications are inadequate. The attachment was unavailable (no proactive communication, I had to chat with CS) but I got the replacements. CS offered a return on the replacements because they did not know when or if the attachment would be available. Then the attachment showed up 2 days later. Where's supply chain management?
I have used the dampener and the supersoft attachments. I have very swollen legs and the supersoft attachment works the best for me.I like the videos that demonstrate how to correctly use the Therapro equipment. I also like being able to save the videos I use daily.Since I have been using the Therapro, I sleep much better. There is less pain to keep me awake. The Therapro is great.

Iām always buying gadgets and theyāre forgotten about after a few days, not the theragun! Love it! Overall a fantastic product thank you for bringing it on TSV.
