I have been taking just a regular generic multivitamin for years but thought I would try this new brand as it looked very interesting. I have been taking it for about 2 and a half weeks but really haven't noticed a difference in my energy level or how I feel compared to just a regular multivitamin. I would say this is on par with those and works just as well. These are a capsule so they are a little easier to take than the usual giant multivitamin pill. However, because it is a capsule, it has a very strong smell and taste that I found somewhat unpleasant. If smell is a big issue for you, this probably isn't the best choice.

This is easily the best quality multivitamin on iHerb. The dosage is just right, enough to be effective and not carelessly high, hypervitaminosis is not to be taken lightly. It contains the bioactive vitamers. The minerals are in highly bioavailable forms. It contains no non-nutritional additional ingredients, other than the capsule itself. The presence of phosphate also balances the calcium content. It also contains the neuroprotective antioxidant lutein, which is a beautiful simple addition to an already great supplement. It contains gamma tocopherol which is more physiologically important than alpha tocopherol.

I like this multivitamin because I definitely noticed an improvement in some vitamin deficiencies I had shortly after I started taking these. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not a 5 is because of the strong smell that makes me gag and the fact that it makes me nauseous if I take it on an empty stomach. Are there other multivitamins out there that don't make me nauseous? Sure there are. But do I think that they work as well? Probably not. I really like Thorne products and use a few other products by them.

I started using these daily and feel like I have more energy. The only thing I am having trouble getting over is the smell. At first it didn’t bother me but as time goes on I keep gagging while trying to take them. The smell isn’t even that but but I sensitive to smells and gag easily. I really want to continue to take these because I believe their vitamin content is superior to other daily vitamins. Don’t be alarmed if your pee is neon green. The first day I took two and my urine was practically glowing in the dark. I went down to one pill per day and it lessened.
These have just the right amounts of each vitamin and mineral. Giving my body the nutrients it needs is important to me. I am a 38 year old female and have been trying to be more aware of my overall health. Instead of taking both at once I am taking one in the morning with breakfast and the other in the afternoon during dinner. They are very easy to swallow. It is hard to explain but since I’ve been taking them I FEEL better and healthier and have noticed no negative effects. Happy with these and will be ordering more!

I have mixed feelings on this. The company overall makes great products but I’m not too sure about this pill. As much as I want to love it I can’t. The first thing is the horrendous smell. It makes you gag just from opening the bottle, not to mention trying to ingest it without gagging. Second, this made me have I felt sick, had insomnia and an elevated heart rate which is odd, it all stopped once I stopped taking these. I would research before taking these to make sure it’s doing more good than bad for your body.
