This is my 4th water flosser. The 3 other flossers I bought about 1 year ago are all faulty. Mind you, my 3 old water flossers are of a well-known brand called X----i. I decided to buy Waterpik in spite of its higher price just to try it out. I found it to be just as powerful but slightly more gentle on the gums compared to the other brand. The complaints I have with Waterpik are the tank capacity, on-off switch & you cannot remove the tank to clean it. The tank capacity & switch of the other brand are better. However, Waterpik gives me a slightly better sense of safety as my biggest fear is the nozzle accidentally shooting into my throat.

I chose to buy a water flosser from Waterpik despite the well rated cheaper options available. I am happy with my purchase. I received it on 04/28/24 ad charged it for the 1st time on 05/21/24. I use an old Apple 1 amp charger because I did not want to exceed the 1.5 amp recommendation. I usually use it 3 times a day because I have irregularly spaced teeth. Food inevitably gets into those spaces, and that is very annoying. I have only used the low power setting so far and this flosser does a great job on my teeth, usually on 1 tank filling. My teeth feel much cleaner with this flosser than with sting floss and a proxabrush. Waterpik makes a travel flosser, but this one is small enough to take along on trips. I really needed this Waterpik and I had been putting it off for 2 years to pick one up. I don't have perfect teeth and most of my teeth are crowded. I see my hygienist at least once every 3 months. The last visit he asked if I had purchased a Waterpik yet and I said I will. Well I did it!It was easy to charge and use. Its still on its initial first round of charging-It's not that loud as some reviewers said. The only problem is me, in regards to getting the hang of it and I make a mess over the sink. I am slowly learning how to position it for less of a mess on my part! I also floss afterwards and I have to say there is very little, or none plague residue.

Waterpik continues to expand their selection to offer options to consumers. Here now is the Waterpik flosser without the cord, a cordless version. The action is very similar to the corded styles, and this model gives you a few options. That is, you don't need to take up space on your sink top if that is what you prefer. You can charge this anywhere and use it at your sink of choice. This gives you a little more flexibility for your living situation and possible shared spaces. The base of the model is quite large, and for people with smaller hands they are surely going to hold this more toward the top of the unit. Weekly cleaning of the reservoir is recommended, with the standard 1 to 3 months of cleaning the entire unit with vinegar to remove hard water deposits. ... Weekly cleaning of the reservoir is recommended, with the standard 1 to 3 months of cleaning the entire unit with vinegar to remove hard water deposits. Another thing to note is, and this is mentioned in the booklet, the unit is equipped with a rechargeable lithium ion battery. The battery is not replaceable. So when the battery no longer takes a charge, the life of the unit is over. Instructions as to how to remove the battery at that time and re-cycle are included. So overall the biggest benefit is the ability to use wherever you desire. You could even go outside with this, may be a good option for campers. The question I had is how long will the battery last. A quick internet search generally says two to three years, or 300 to 500 charge cycles. So there you have, the pro's and the cons. If you need the flexibility of space and want to be able to move about , this may be the unit for you.
I am happy to be a participant in your surveys and try your products and of all the products I had only praise for them all. However this particular product the Model WF-20W910 was so very awkward to maneuver and the handle is very large to try and change the aim of the flossed tip. Also the reservoir for the water is too small and does not hold enough water to floss the whole mouth properly. I also had difficulty with the spray going everywhere. We have two countertop plug in waterpiks and are completely happy with those. In addition you had sent a sample of a travel waterpik with a case and we like that too but that could use and additional head for another user. Thank you for the opportunity to review this product and look forward to the chance to review more in ... This Waterpik flosser works very well. There are 2 modes. The first mode is a gentler clean and to me feels better on the gums. The second mode is much stronger. This one works great if you have a pesky piece of food stuck or you are looking for a deeper clean. My gums are sensitive and the stronger setting did cause them to bleed some. The water tank is sized perfectly for one cleaning. It is easy to remove to fill and clean. It charges quickly and easily with the included charging cord. It is also a nice size to hold for a flosser with the tank on it.
I think this cordless waterpik will be great for when I am traveling. It is compact and rechargeable.I don't like to use it on a daily basis (instead of my regular waterpik device). There are two reasons for this:1. It takes some maneuvering to hold this rather thick device and get to all areas of my mouth. This is compared to the smaller wand on my regular device.2. It doesn't hold enough water to do my entire mouth at one fill up. When it runs out, I need to stop and refill it. Although this is not terrible, it does add to time and is somewhat inconvenient. I would not mind this when traveling as its smaller size when packing for a trip would offset any inconvenience.Over all I think the device is well made and seems to have enough pressure to clean my teeth ... I recently obtained the WF-20CD010 cordless handheld Waterpik and I love it. I like that it has 2 power settings as it I am getting used to the water pressure. I had used a corded electric model before and wondered if a battery powered one would be as powerful and this model exceeds my expectations. The water reservoir holds the right amount of water for the time to get the job done. It feels very durable and easy to clean. The only thing that I could say is that I wish it came with a travel bag for easy packing in a carry-on or suitcase. I have used other Waterpik flossers and also showerheads and are great to use.
I really like the portable design of the Waterpik model WF-20CD010. It is super simple to use. It holds enough water to quickly floss your whole mouth, but it is easy to add more water if you need to. The design is very intuitive. There is a switch on the back which powers it on and off, and also gives you the option to choose a low or high setting. It couldn't be any easier. The enclosed directions are clear and concise, and state that you should not use it for more than 5 minutes in any 2 hour period. I usually use it twice a day and love how quick and simple it is to use. I also appreciate the texturized surface on the body and on the power switch which help to keep it from becoming too slippery during use. The water reservoir is easy to remove for cleaning, and ... The water reservoir is easy to remove for cleaning, and then goes back on just as easily. Recharging is straightforward using the included USB cable with a standard charging block, which is not included but quite easy to find if you don't have any laying around your home already. I charged it once initially, and haven't had to recharge it yet during the week or so I've been using it. I also feel like this would be very useful while traveling, as it is small and lightweight.
I found this new Waterpik product very interesting. Aesthetically, the new item looks great. Very compact, and easy to store, with the usual great assortment of Piks. The only thing I had an issue with was how fast the reservoir would run out of water. I tend to use my Waterpik at the higher settings, and it emptied quite quickly. Required a refill to finish cleaning my teeth. On another positive note, this is a great version to travel with, as it takes up very little space. Overall....another winner for Waterpik
