Good gluten free biscuit. It's nice to finally be able to buy a gluten-free arrowroot biscuit. The biscuit was great with a cuppa, however, I wouldn't eat them on their own. They were sweet and crunchy, but dry. They would probably work well with a spread of butter on them. They would be great as a cheesecake base. Good packaging, especially in the tray, so no broken ones. Plenty in the packet also. Great price and will certainly buy again to have with my daily cuppa.

A great alternative sweet treat. These biscuits have been a special treat regular for the family - which includes vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs. This is a quick and easy alternative if you don't have time to bake. We have bought these ones across the years and haven't been disappointed. We find them a little sweet for our tastes. Health star rating is low because of this..... Thanks for the sample!

Surprisingly good actually. As anyone who is intolerant of gluten will know; GF products (on the whole) don't taste as good as their 'non GF' equivalents. These biscuits however were actually very, very tasty. I would not say for a moment that they tasted like 'normal' arrowroot biscuits, and to be honest, they had quite a significant 'taste of rice flour' about them. Having said that though, this did not detract from the flavour of these biscuits, but just gave them a 'nice taste' of their own. Crispy, crunchy and sweet, these biccies make for a nice GF snack that one can keep in the cupboard to share with the neighbours when they pop in for a 'cuppa char'!PS If anyone can direct me on how to do it, I have a ripper recipe for a home-made GF Banana loaf. Any tips on how I might be able to get it (and some other simple recipes of ours) on here would be appreciated. TIA. The banana loaf is dead simple to do, and it just tastes divine!

GOOD VALUE AND HANDY FOR GF VISITORS. Strong vanilla taste but great to use in gluten free recipes when required. Slightly different texture to normal milk arrowroot biscuits. They were tasty spread with philly cheese and strawberry jam. Price was good though for gf biscuits.
They are quite plain. They may be plain but they make a good gluten free biscuit for my grand kids. They can use them for decorating with icing for special occasions or for making the base to a cheesecake, something they dont normally get to eat because of the gluten. Have to watch the sugar content though, they are also diabetic.
Great for gluten free recipes. I purchase these regularly as a base for gluten free cheesecake, rum balls and other recipes requiring a simple gluten free biscuit. I have tried the biscuits on their own or paired with a coffee and they are nice enough, but did not WOW me which is why I have taken one star away. I now only use these in recipes, and don't reach for them as a sweet snack. They come at a good price point for gluten free, and the biscuits are a nice texture, crumble easily and break apart well by hand or in the food processor.
Not particularly popular. I tried buying these for my coeliac daughter but she was not very impressed. She complained that they didn't taste as good as the glutenised version and that the texture wasn't right. They didn't have the 'crunch' of normal arrowroot biscuits and were a little 'bland'. Having said that, she said they definitely improved when dunked in a cup of tea!Pricewise, they are really good for a gluten free product. For the arrowroot fan, they might be more popular, but we haven't gone back to try them again.
Super tasty treat! Our son has recently had to be tested on a gluten free diet so I was stoked to get some of the gluten free cake packets and biscuits! These were crunchy and sweet and although the original arrowroots are quite a soft, light and airy biscuit I like this version. Now our son won’t miss out at his friends birthday party tomorrow with these biscuits! Cheers Bunch!
A good option. these biscuits are a great price for a gluten free product. I didn’t mind the biscuit but it reminded me more of a shortbread than an arrowroot biscuit. It had a slightly strange flavour that I couldn’t put my finger on. They’re definitely not as nice as normal biscuits but they’re not bad for a substitute and I enjoyed them dipped in my cup of tea. I can see them making a good base for a cheesecake.
Well priced gluten free biscuit. Bought these for my husband as finding a decent gluten free biscuit with a good price point is a bit challenging. These are $2. 70He is a happy with these biscuits. I did a taste test also, they are marginally more crunchy than non gluten free arrowroot biscuits. The packaging states a serve is 2 biscuits which will have 4. 7g sugar, 13. 1g carbohydrates and 41mg sodium. Calories 96 per serve. Made in Australia using 43% Australian ingredients. Again it is a shame that this percentage is not higher. They are good for dipping in tea or coffee and I think they would make a good base for a cheesecake as well (haven’t tried it yet)Yes would definitely purchase these again.
