Fantastic product. Easy to use and bikes don't get caught up in each pedal or scratched compared to the traditional bike racks. Highly recommend this product if you enjoy going away bike riding. I could go into the shops knowing my bikes were all secured by a key lock attachment. The rack doesn't rattle when you drive and extremely easy to set up and remove.

Great way to load bikes onto a 4WD but could be improved by having a clip to hold the wheel straps away when loading the bike.

Great product easy to install on my Colorado. Sturdy, safe and strong enough to handle my heavy duty e-MTB.
Easy to setup and use for normal bikes. Straps can't tie down 20x4" fat tire. You will need after market straps.
Easy to use and fit to towball, Only issue is the placing of the wheel straps which arent ideal for larger framed mountain and downhill bikes with 29 inch tyres. Am thinking of moving strap mounts about 1 to 2 inches out each side, The mounting arms are also easy to use but struggled with our 2 eMTBs which have extra gussets above the motor and large battery built into the frame. A little trial and error led to putting the smaller bike on first which gave the clearance and suitable mounting to lock the arms on securely.
This bike rack is great, very easy to put on the car, it takes only a few moments to completely be ready to put bikes on. Takes all sizes of bikes from the kids 16' to my 29' trail mountain bike.The only down side is that it is quite heavy to lift and manouver off the car, and that you might struggle to get a full downhill rig on it as wheel straps are not adjustable along the width of the carrier
It is good but did not meet all my requirements, hence 4 stars. Has to remove bike rack to store safely in car.
I purchased this for my sons family, this is a great product, easy to use and considerably light weight, I love the way it tips backwards to allow access into the rear of the vehicle, I intend to purchase a second one for myself
This bike rack is great, so light and easyBought one three weeks ago for carrying two E bikes.A Giant Trance and Giant LaFreeOnly difficulty was I had to get the lighting plug reconfigured for my car ( did it myself)Plus the plug needed a good elastic bad to keep it in place ( easy)
