Pilot G2 Gel Pen Black Ink

For those in search of an ultra fine pen, you will not get better! The .38mm G2 is a great choice to write in small margins, or just for those who prefer the look of smaller print. The grip is very comfortable for long term usage and the ink cartridges last forever. Even though this is a four pack, I actually don’t lend these ones out I like them so much! These are definitely a step up from the dollar store pens we’ve all had to use in a pinch lol. I will happily grab these any time I’m in need of a writing tool.

I found myself really loving how this pen writes on the page it comes out fine and doesn't feel or leave a thick and blotchy trail from the starting point of writing to the end. I wanted to show how the ink compares to other pens that I use (ballpoint, gel-ology, permanent marker) now this doesnt mean throw out all the pens you currently have and dedicate yourself to just this type of pen but I would say consider it because the writing is sooooo smooth compared to what other gel pens used to provide. I liked the comfortability of using the product, so I don't feel like I would be frustrated with long usage time, and thankfully, after I don't get that leaking or smearing directly after writing. Can I just say that using this pen forced me to want to write things more and implement more fancy or cursive writing prompts in order to use it more. I just found the smoothness of using so intriguing. all in all i found my experience with this pen to be completely positive no smearing or blotchy writing, I found myself pleasantly surprised at how smooth it was to write with and how comfortable it is especially if you are expecting to use it for long periods of time especially for what I was using it for which requires near perfect writing to help the student learn and understand their missteps and their successes. 5/5 I wish I could say I had an issue to look for, but my experience was all positive.

I was provided this item for free for my honest incentivized review. G2 has always made fantastic reliable pens and this one is no different. The blue color is bold and thickness is great. However, the biggest issue with these are always the smudging. It claims to not smudge but as you can see in the image it does have some smudging immediately after writing. After 3-5 seconds it is much more minimal and does dry somewhat quickly. I would worry on a shinier surface like a postcard it would take much longer to dry.

My absolute GO TO for pens. I love with the fluidness of the pen the way it feels when it writes. Its the perfect thickness in ink I find myself always pressing a lot harder with the other pens to get more ink darker ink on the page. With these pens I don't have to press as hard. It sets out a nice amount of dark ink. I get them in almost every color i can i love that they have glitter and metallic colored inks as well as a bunch of different colors and pastels brights, neons, neutrals, blacks and blues. I am always seeking a good pen, and when I find it, I guard it with my life to not let it leave my sight. I found that in these pens! I love the smooth writing abilities of these pens. However, the ink takes a bit to dry completely, so you have a high probability of smudging if your hand swipes across what you've written before it dries. However, if you are patient and want a bright and impressionable written document, I do suggest these pens. It feels good in your hand. I received the fine red G2 pilot pens. I do like the way they write. There is a comfort grip and they are retractable. The ink glides smoothly on to paper. They write cleanly and precisely on paper. I have only used these to write on basic paper. I did not notice any bleeding of the ink. I do like how fine they write and how smooth the ink flows. I recommend these and I will be purchasing more colors in the future.

I received this complimentary of Influenster! I have always loved G2 pilot pens! I have a few already in varying points and color. The writing is always smooth and never a missed location of ink to be seen. It’s a quick drying pen and the blue color is bold and strong! I love that these are refillable!! They have comfort grip which makes for a comfortable writing utensil. This point is a 0.7 fine point, which is a standard I feel like everyone should have! These pens last a long time and I will be buying refillable ink, once mine run out.

I can say with these pens, since the very first time I used one, I’ve not had to stop writing once. It *DOES NOT* have the issue of ink not coming out and having to find another piece of paper to scribble on to get it working again. They’re easy to hold and not thin or super thick. My go to pen for years!

The G2 in BLUE is my personal favorite pen, and has been for many, many years. I also keep all of the other colors in the G2 Fine lineup in my handbag. I have turned a countless number of people onto the G2 Fine pens for years. It’s comfy to hold and writes so smoothly without smearing or smudging. My personal mantra is “give me a G2 pen and I could write for days”. The G2 Fine ink pens are the absolute BEST ever, and I will continue to use them anytime I write anything even if it is simply my signature. WRITE ON!!!

[Rewarded Review] Excellent for business and school

The G2 (10) gel pens are the only ones I use. They are consistent in delivering enough product onto paper with smooth execution. I use them daily with work as a paralegal and college student. The ink lasts a long time and it fits comfortably in my hand. They also offer the G2 (7? I think) which has a finer point, but I find that doesn't look as good on paper and it appears like chicken scratch. Aesthetics is just as important, people.
