Breville The Q Blender - Sea Salt

Fantastic Appliance with a decent warranty. We make smoothies everyday and this blender is perfect for that purpose. We purchased this appliance because of the 7 year warranty period. I have previously owned other breville blenders and found them to be excellent. I love the count down feature. They are also easy to use because you can just press the smoothie button and get perfect results everytime.

I bought this because I wanted really high quality applience that would last and last that could crush ice, make smoothies and blend cocktails for a decent nuber of people. The 2 litre capacity is perfectly generous and the components from the solid stable base and heavy duty motor to the solid blender jug are clearly worthy of the 7 year warantee. The different button functions are all useful - from pulsing to create the perfect "slushie-worthy" ice to the mix, smoothie and soup settings. If you are trying to prioritise sustaiability and overall lifetime value then I reckon this is the blender for you. Too often manufacturers succumb to a price-driven race to the bottom, and create products that seem to almost be designed to last only 12 months.
