I have had one for approximately 5 or 6 years and it works great. It does a great job of printing labels and I have not had any problems with it except for running out of labels. That, of course is my fault. I bought a second one for my son who owns his own business and it is much better than the other one that he had. I would rate if extremely high and you can save labels in more that one area--like for a business, friends, and your children's school friends and or birthdays, etc.

I purchased this product when it was on sale in the hopes that it would provide a reliable and easy to use aid to both my business and family use. It has done all that I had hoped for and more. I purchased a few different sized rolls of tape for different projects and each has done what I expected. My sole complaint and that is probably due more to my lack of technical ability and interest, is my difficulty in interpreting the directions for the product’s software. I can do the limited and repetitive functions which I need but I am certain that there are further tasks that I believe I could do with proper understanding of the software. But overall, this is a reliable instrument.

This is our second QL-570. We use it to print specialty labels, mailing labels and the like. We liked the original so much, we purchased a second one so we could print up specialty labels in a different size so we would bot have to ever switch labels. Our original has been running for 4 years, flawlessly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it took 3 purchases on eBay until we finally got one that worked as advertised. Sad to say, there are still some shady folks out there on eBay, but that has nothing to do with Brother and the printer - just our experience with eBay. Watch your back people!
