My cat has IBD and this brand is the only food that helps curb her diarrhea (along with monthly Prednisolone and Vitamin B-12 injections). She doesn’t eat the dry version as much, since she’s had nine teeth pulled years ago. I just wish Hills would offer a firmer version, like a pâté’ since the stew bits spread out as she eats, making it difficult to finish; the remaining bits go uneaten and it’s too expensive to waste.

I have a young boy with Inflammatory bowel disease and was only stabilised with the dry biome food. Finding that the wet food doesn't give him bloody and mucousy diarrhoea is a bonus as he LOVES LOVES LOVES the wet food. I am very impressed with customer service. I contacted Kim due to a wrong delivery and she quickly and efficiently handled my query.

My Vet prescribed this to my cat, Milo who has chronic gastrointestinal disease and he has been loving this in compare to the Hill's i/d prescription wet food. I was disappointed that this product was out of stock for nearly the last 6 months. I am so glad that I found this in VetsLovePets website. Hopefully, my auto delivery will continue and my cat gastro won't flare up again.

My ragdoll cat cannot eat anything else other than this hills biome gastrointestinal tin food due to a very sensitive stomach. He anlso eats the hills biome gastrointestinal dry food Otherwise he throws up and gets diarrhoea. It is extremely hard to source in Australia right now. Thank God for Vets Love pets!

For years my kitty has had so much trouble going to the bathroom and I had to give a furball laxative on a regular basis just to keep her somewhat regular. She is indoors only and fed only the top canned food brands so I was hesitant about trying a prescribed food. My kitty needed help and the reviews were so positive so I agreed. This food is amazing, its like a miracle in a can. She is now going to the bathroom (#2) on her own and daily. In the 9 years since I adopted her, this is a first, she was either terribly constipated or too loose. I wish it came in more flavors but so far she loves it and readily eats it. I am so happy to have found this magic recipe. Thank you Hills for improving the quality of my kittys life. She and I are so grateful to you.
It's a great option for my 4 yro feline who prefers her dry biscuits and suffers from urinary issues constantly. She a very fussy eater when it comes to wet food and suffers from allergies and a sensitive digestive system, but she usually always makes an exception for this one, loves it. I just wish that Hill's would make these cans without the white plastic lining containing BPA. BPA free cans would be so much better for their health!
We started our cat on this wet food as we feed her the dry version as well. It seems to be good for her IBD and agrees with her tummy. We got this to give her some more hydration and also some variety. She love loves this stuff and always gets so excited at dinner time haha
I had tried everything (rice, pumpkin, probiotic powder additive, endurosyn gel, etc.) and my kittens had diarrhea for a full month. I was waking up at 11 pm, 3 am, and 6 am to wipe their bums after diarrhea while also doing it during the day and was exhausted and struggling to find an answer. My kittens weren't gaining any weight and I was scared for them bc I could feel the full spine of one of them. All it took was 1 meal of this and they no longer have diarrhea. God send.
This food is wonderful! My kitty was on royal canin but they changed the formula and poor thing was miserable. She was having bad poops everyday and her tummy was visibly upset. My vet switched her to hills biome and she's a completely different kitty, happy, playful and no more upset tummy or bad bowel movements, I wish I had known about this brand years ago.....
