Because I have security cameras all around the house, I need a good internet signal, and this RE350 does just that. It was easy to set up (I have a TP Link router.) and really boosts the signal so my camera work smoothly; no herky jerky when I'm panning around. This was one of the least expensive dual band range extenders, and I've always had good luck with TP Link products, so I highly recommend it.

Very easy hook up as a repeater / extender. I did find out that sometimes during "setup only" that it does not always connect to both bands and the procedure may be required twice, which is no big deal. I have had it hooked up for a couple days now and it is in the garage about 60 feet & several walls away from my TP-Link AC1200 Archer router and it is functioning perfectly. I wanted to make sure I had coverage in my yard and over to my Barn which is about 100' from the house, all covered. I walked the street and found the the 5g band reached about 300' from the house. AWESOME coverage

Works great! This is my second one, I bought it to put OpenWRT on it after learning it was a well-supported platform. It's a super-flexible wireless device and gets decent speeds on 5GHz. I even hacked it up to put some bigger antennas on it. Super easy!

After setting up the device to my modem which connected easily enough, I downloaded the app for the device to find the best area to place the device. As I tried to connect the device in the hallway in order to increase the range it would not connect to my modem and I had to put the device only about 2-3 metres away in my kitchen. Would like to know if I have done anything wrong, assistance would be greatly appreciated. Delivery was quick and efficient.
This TP-Link-RE350-AC1200-Wi-Fi-Range-Extender is easy to setup and mine is situated about 15 meters from the modem and I have had no dropouts. Your even able to turn off the LED lights on this unit, so the LED lights are not distracting, especially at night. I Recommend this product.
This item is very easy to use. It extends the WiFi to area of house which can't catch the Wifi. It just plugs in to a socket. Setting it up is very straight forward. Pressing a couple of buttons does the trick
My office is in a shed at the bottom of our garden and I have always had a slow internet connection there. Just lately it has been getting worse. I invested (I use the word advisedly) in this piece of kit in an attempt to save some time in my online work. IT WORKED! My internet connection is as fast as any in our house, even with all 4 online connections working throughout the place.
When I had my Sony tv wall mounted the tech asked me how my wireless speeds were. I had told him that they were just ok, in the 18 to 24mps range. He recommended this saying that he has installed many for customers and they enjoyed significant streaming speed enhancements. I took a chance and ordered the AC1200 and it was a simple installation. Not only have my speeds been greatly enhanced to between 55-71mps but the occasional drop-offs are all but completely eliminated. Remember to get a good piece of Cat 6 cable, and install near your media streaming device. You will not be disappointed.
I followed the basic setup by just placing it close to my router. I pushed the WPS button on my router and then on my extender for 3 sec. and just for about 1 min. It connected perfectly and then I moved it into the garage where my outside wi-fi camera was no connecting. I plugged the extender in and waited for a short time and as they say Wa-La it worked perfectly. I didn't need to configure any wi-fi just push a couple of buttons. I tried buying and cheaper model and they didn't work with me. The TP-Link is a great product and I really recommend it. My rating is 5+ star.
Initially had problem configuring the extender using laptop to log on to the extender web interface. Downloaded the app on phone and it work better, still need to do some setting more than once. If unsuccessful, need to reset then start configuring again. Once set up right, work well. Stable for a few weeks now. Did rebooted a few time for debug my phone issue, it hold the configuration after reboot, no problem. Note that it only support the 'full strength' channels in the 5GHz range, if your router is using 'reduced power' channels, it won't detect it. No problem with the 2.4GHz channels.
