This product was a reasonable price and arrived well packaged. Meets our needs well, carrying 2 ebikes. Had to purchase longer tow bar as we have a rear tyre on our vehicle and not enough clearance on a standard fitting. Anyone purchasing this product would need to take this into consideration, but as far as the Yakima FoldClick 2 E-Bike Tow Ball rack is concerned, it is a good buy and would recommend.

This rack is only just long enough for our two ebikes. The weight of the rear hub motors is very close to the end of the plastic wheel supports in order to be able to use the supplied support arms. So far the plastic wheel supports seem to be standing up to this slightly odd loading, but only time will tell.

Works very well. Rock solid with two bikes on it, travelling long distance. Seems to damage the ball slightly because of gripping so tight but it came with a replacement ball, so all good 👍

When I received the bike rack the left tail light was faulty. 99Bikes quickly fixed the problem and I have been very happy with the product. It is relatively light weight, so I can easily install and remove it, and yet it has done all the work asked of it.

This is a brilliant bike rack. Easy to attach and remove, versatile with the convenient folding mechanism and holds bikes solidly and securely. The ability to put an electric trike in the back of my car and normal bike on the towbar or fold the bike rack down to load my mother's walking frame have been much appreciated.

An excellent well designed product that I would thoroughly recommend. It's great for my electric bike. I also bought the Yakima ramp accessory for wheeling the bike on to rack.

The actual width allowed is very short for most MED or LARGE framed mountain bikes. The straps need to be adjustable to suit all wheel's shapes and sizes. Not very well designed.

Pros: Purchased this rack for our Leitner e-bikes which weigh without battery 22kg in December 2022. Good value rack - easy to install onto tow ball (use the one supplied with the rack), sturdy, secure (can lock rack to ball and clamps to bikes). Folds down to allow access to the back of your car (very handy and easy to operate). Sits high on the tow bar and lights and indicators are highly visible.Cons: weighs about 16kg which is not overly heavy but depending on how far you need to carry it to the car can be awkward. Wheels on other brands have them, but probably one of the features that make them more costly. Straps to secure the bike wheels are fiddly and too rigid to manoeuvre quickly. But they are very secure once in place. There is a gap between the trays that the wheels sit on, so you can't (even with a ramp) wheel the bike onto the rack without them falling into the gap. Not a problem though if your bikes are lighter and smaller than ours (22kg/26inch) and you have two people loading the bikes.Overall, we're happy with the rack. It has allowed us to travel further for our rides and compared to what we used to do (taking wheels off etc. to load the bikes into the car) the rack is a breeze and we're loaded up within 10 minutes. Very satisfied with our purchase.

Review is zero stars because i have yet to receive the bike rack and follow ups so far to Pushys have been fruitless. Also, the jersey bought on the same order was defective and has been returned. Whilst previous purchases from Pushys have been fine, this order has been terrible and has put me off making any further orders from Pushys.

Having bought 3 other Yakima products and been impressed with their robust design and construction, unfortunately I was disappointed with this item. The unit is too small for normal 29" mountain bikes. The unit also requires considerable force to the tow ball nut to prevent its rotation and bikes hitting the car.Whilst I can appreciate the engineering that has gone into it, it probably should not be advertised as suitable for most new bikes.
